Maison de bord de mer de luxe avec des Ă©quipements sans fin. La maison dispose d'un magnifique paysage de front de lac avec plage et gazebo en bord de mer, parfait pour s'amuser Ă  l'extĂ©rieur. Il y a un quai qui dispose d'une piĂšce supplĂ©mentaire pour bronzer, pĂȘcher ou simplement sortir. La maison est 9000 pieds carrĂ©s, beaucoup de piĂšce, avec le pont supĂ©rieur offrant une vue imprenable sur les montagnes et le lac avec cheminĂ©e et beaucoup de siĂšges. Le paito infĂ©rieur offre un porche d'Ă©cran et des siĂšges supplĂ©mentaires Ă  l'extĂ©rieur et un grand barbecue Ă  gaz (2tanks). Great Place for Large Groups

The house was the perfect place for a large family to stay together. Plenty to do together but lots of space so nobody felt on top of one another. If anything, I thought the photos in the listing didn't do the property justice. We loved the theater room for Christmas movies and football games. The lake was clear and gorgeous! The beach was great for volleyball and hanging out. Very nice place! Would love to do this again with family next year.

Very Disappointed

The property was beautiful; however, general maintenance was terrible. It took numerous calls and txts to get directions to find the key to get in. The most dangerous issue was the leaking propane tank at the grill. Thankfully we smelled it and turned it off. There is no general maintenance of the property - arm on dining room chair was hanging off, couch had a replaced cushion that was just there to fill space, we could not get any TVs to work (no directions provided). A bed sheet was the window drape in one bedroom, The master bath toilet ran the whole time. For the cost, I would go elsewhere. In general, the house suffered from extreme wear and tear.

A/C Problems and checking

AC/ was not working. I communicated to the owner send a Tech he told us the A/C needed a new compressor some of us sleep on the patio and others on the floor downstairs upstairs was 90 degrees, hot access code was not sent we drove approximately 5 miles to get a phone signal and call the owner to get access code not a pleasant experience for the price of this place service should be better

Lake Life Unsalted Part 2

Our second time staying in this property and it keeps getting better. One of the best views of the lake on the North side with a great porch to take it all in from. House has everything you need for family and friends. The house is absolutely perfect for everyone in our group. We can’t wait to return for part three next year.

October Lake Trip

This was our second year at this property, and we had a great time. We love the location on the lake and the beach area for this house. There seemed to be several maintenance issues last year and those were all resolved. Really a nice place to spend a long weekend.

Beautiful Lakehouse

The property is stunning and the location is great for boating. There’s a boat fueling station, a waterfall, and jump off rock very close by. The host is very attentive and responsive. The house exceeded expectations, you won’t want to leave!

Great location

Great property on a beautiful cove. This was our second stay here and it fit our group well. Plenty of beds, pool table and ping pong, and the ice maker is a huge plus. Master bedroom carpets should be cleaned as there was some staining but overall, a great house

Grad Week with Family

This house is perfect for a large group and we had a nice week. The house is an older house and it does need some TLC but mostly cosmetic stuff, nothing that really affected our stay too much.

Lots of Bar Sports~

The house is great for large groups. Our family played lots of pool, air hockey and ping pong. There are 7 bedrooms and most of them have gigantic closets that could fit air mattresses. Great location on the lake!

Family reunion

Great property on Lake Keowee. Convenient to Six Mike and Clemson. Right around the corner to a public boat launch. Great little beach for sun bathing and swimming. Had a wonderful time!

Awesome mountains view

The view from the back porch is wonderful and the house is huge which can easily accommodate 12 people. We took advantage of the movie theater room almost every night and enjoyed it. Most of porch furniture could use new cushions and the grill has seen better days. But overall we had fun and enjoyed our stay.

Lake House October Getaway

The house itself was really nice and we loved the outdoor areas, especially the beach. The kitchen worked well for the size group we had. The house was not ready for us when we checked in and we were unable to get in touch with the property manager for the first several hours. When we arrived there were only hampers full of dirty linens and towels in the house. There was also no toilet paper or paper towels. Eventually we got in touch with the property manager and we got things sorted around 9:00 on check in night. The internet was also down the entire weekend. Supposedly the cable company was to come out and check on it, but they never came by. This was pretty rough on a couple people who had work and school that they needed to take care of. There also just seemed to be a lot of little maintenance issues around the house. Two of the toilets weren't flushing right. None of the TVs worked particularly well. Several burnt out bulbs and one outdoor fan didn't run. Overall, the weekend was a lot of fun. Just expected a little more out of the house.

Lake Life Unsalted

Family and friends vacation at the lake in a fantastic property. This house had everything. Beautiful views from the porch, plenty of room, easily accessible kitchen, ping pong, pool table, air hockey and a theater room that was a hit for the kids and adults. Probably one of the nicest views of the lake and mountains. Owner was fantastic and attentive. Looking forward to staying again.

Amazing Property

This was an amazing property and location. Ample amounts of room for large gatherings. Beach area for younger kids, plenty of dock space for boats and jet skis. The views from the back porch are priceless. What else can I say except the home was amazing. Boat landing was extremely close, less than 2 miles. It wasn't posted in the information for the property but when you go make sure you take something to secure your boat trailers. They will have to be stored at Mile Creek boat landing because the HOA will not allow you to park them at the property.

Lake Keowee Family Vacation

Plenty of room for our 13 family members. Rented a pontoon boat for the week that provided additional entertainment- water skiing, tubing, swimming and fishing on different areas of the lake. Property manager was very attentive and responsive. Thoroughly enjoyed our vacation week!

Beautiful home

This was a gorgeous home our family had a great time. We couldn't get the theater equipment to work so that was a bit disappointing. The air hockey table didn't work either. Overall the view made up for the minor issues.

Amazing house, great spot on the lake! The kids loved the movie theatre, adults loved the porch!

The house is beautiful, rooms are huge and beds were quite comfortable. The beach with fire pit is a great space and something you don’t find at most lake houses.

Birthday Celebration

Great property with a fabulous Mountain View off the back porch. Well equipped kitchen. The ice machine and extra fridge in garage were a very nice plus. Game room was a hit with the kiddos. Den area is pretty small but we were outside the majority of the time. Nice beach but shallow water made for muddy swimming until you got out into deeper water. Plan on a golf cart if you have older guests to get them up and down the hill to the dock. With 7 bedrooms another bath or at least half bath would have been nice. Written instructions for using media room equipment would be helpful. Lots of parking. Overall it was a wonderful week. Lake Keowee is beautiful.

Fun for young and old.

Beautiful home with all the amenities. Lovely dock from which to swim, fish or boat. There was a well stocked kitchen, fresh smelling sheets and fluffy towels. We all loved the theater room and used it to watch movies and play games. There was ample eating room, extremely large deck and porch. The owner, Karen Trammell, could not have been more friendly and accommodating, which is why we’ve already booked again for next year!

Great weekend

The house was great for 3 family’s. We had more than enough room. We loved the easy walk to the lake from the house and the ice maker in the garage.

Fantastic house and backyard with it's own beach, fire pit, and boat dock

The owner, Karen, was delightful. A very gracious renter who was easy to work with. The house has a great layout, and easily accommodated our 18 family members. I can only imagine how much fun it would be in the warmer weather. Lake Keowee is beautiful. We'll definitely consider renting again.
