Located in the popular Cary Park subdivision and centrally located within the entire Triangle region, you are steps to Cary Park Lake which offers fishing and miles of paved jogging and biking paths and only minutes to Research Triangle Park (RTP), shopping, dining, medical and RDU Airport. At almost 2200 sq ft, this 3rd floor penthouse condo includes 3 bedrooms that sleeps 6 comfortably & 2.5 baths. It’s modern, has been beautifully updated and furnished and has been impeccably maintained. Includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, spacious living room with fireplace and 75" TV, two screened porches, an office chair & desk and fast Google Fiber gigabit Wifi. A zero entry and lap swimming pool with waterslide is available for use from May-September (a two mile drive). Mini crib / Pack-n-Play included.

It was an easy check-in and easy to find. It was quiet, yet close to so much. We had great family time in a well decorated penthouse, just chilling on the most comfortable sofa ever!!! My favorite parts were the two screened porches. Very relaxing.

The kids really enjoyed the pool access. The check in process was smooth, place was immaculate and well decorated. We easily walked to the shopping center and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet.

Our entire family loved our stay at this property! It was clean and way larger than we anticipated. We loved being on the top floor and the two screened in porches for coffee or a cocktail outside. The couch was dreamy and all the furnishings top notch. It was close to shopping and lots of walking trails. We will definitely stay here again!!

Family fun in Cary

Wonderful property in a quiet, convenient location. The property was exactly as pictured with lots of room to play, work, eat, and hang out. Great spot for family and friends. Will definitely stay again next time we’re in Cary!

Everything was awesome . The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay . Most importantly to me it was in a very safe neighborhood . We travel to that area for my sons cancer treatments at Duke University and we will definitely book again in the near future.

Great location!Larger than expected. All the conveniences of home are provided for here. Just bring your clothes and stock the fridge and you're ready for your stay. Located in a nice community. It really feels like home while you're away. So much better than a hotel. Definitely recommended.

Great place to stay for family Christmas

We were a group of five adults in town for a family Christmas. This is such a great place to stay! It is beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, very comfortable beds, and comfy living room furniture for relaxing together. Coffee was provided for convenience. The complex is very quiet and conveniently located, easy to access from the highway. We loved it and thoroughly enjoyed our time here.. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful condo.

Communication couldn’t have been better. Host replied almost immediately to my messages. The condo was spacious, clean and very nice. The only down side was that it’s on the 3rd floor which is extremely difficult for seniors to haul stuff up and down. And the neighbor underneath us complained about the noise. We weren’t noisy. We did have two small children but we tried to keep their noise to a minimum.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming VRBO in Cary, North Carolina, and it was truly a perfect experience from start to finish. The home was incredibly cozy and beautifully decorated, with every amenity we could have possibly needed. It was spotless, well-stocked, and thoughtfully designed—making it easy to forget we were even on the road.The beds were exceptionally comfortable, providing a restful night’s sleep after long days out. We felt completely at ease and safe during our entire stay, with convenient private parking and a peaceful neighborhood setting.The hosts were incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our visit. Their hospitality went above and beyond, and it made a big difference in our overall experience.We’re already looking forward to returning in just a couple of months—this has become our go-to place when visiting Cary. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming home away from home!

A Beautiful Escape

Wow, wow and WOW! This condo is flawless! Beautifully decorated, very serene. The whole process from booking to checkout was seamless! I was celebrating my birthday in Raleigh with my partner and this gorgeous condo was the perfect place to make me feel like a queen for a day! Conveniently close to shopping centers and restaurants. Quiet, safe neighborhood...I didn’t want to leave! The host Jeff was friendly and very accommodating! Thank you for sharing your lovely home and I look forward to another stay in the future!

Comfortable in Cary

This is a nice property in a quiet condo complex with easy access to the Greenway walk/run trails. The king-sized bed was very comfortable and we slept great. We enjoyed the screened in porch as well. The amenities we appreciated included ample toilet paper, paper towel, coffee filters, Kcups, hand and dish soaps, plastic and foil wraps, cotton balls, Qtips and washing machine/dishwaher pods. Cleanliness rating really should be 4.5 only because housekeeping service missed cleaning the oven but we were able to use the air fryer/toaster oven without a problem. Only a few suggestions for improvement: additional hand towels, (we could only find 2), but there were many bath towels. Also would appreciate a baking/ cookie sheet, a roasting pan or Pyrex 9x12, and few basic spices for cooking in.We have family residing nearby and the location was very convenient for us. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

We raised our kids in this neighborhood and loved every minute of it. We still live close by to this day and much of our real estate business is focused in and around this location. It truly is a great, central place to be.

This is one of the most updated, modern and quite (top level) condos in this complex. Being on the third floor will keep you in shape (LOL), but also it is extremely quiet and being on the top floor.
