Peaceful and centrally-located, this Raleigh townhome will meet all the needs for your stay. Enjoy a fully furnished home with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a kitchen, laundry room, dining area, and living space. The home is located 6 minutes from the Fairgrounds, 10 minutes away from NC State and the State Farmer's Market, and 15 minutes from downtown.
The location was great for NC State parents weekend and the football game. The carpet on the stairs needs to be cleaned or replaced and there are a lot of scratches on the walls, but the place was clean and functional. No issues at all.
Overall: Clean accommodations, convenient part of town to call base camp. Quiet community. What we liked: Clean linens and towels are provided. Extra K-cups are waiting by the coffee maker.Neutral items: There is a fair amount of marring on the walls on the stairs from travelers dragging luggage up and down the stairs. The couch on the main floor is well used and starting to show it's age. What we didn't like: It took reaching out to VRBO on the day of our arrival to hear from the Owner (we checked in on Dec 26 and I suspect holidays had something to do with the late communication - once we heard from the Owner, no more issues at all).We stayed at this location while taking our family to a Hurricanes hockey game. When we come to another game, we will have no reservation in looking up this place again.
We enjoyed our stay here. However, we felt as if we needed to be extremely quiet because the walls were paper thin. The beds also make terrible squeaking noises and arenât very comfortable. Other than that, a great stay!
In town for weekend Wolfpack football game. Convenient location with 3 assigned parking spots was great. Clean and comfortable. Met our needs. Nothing fancy. Good communication with Andrew. Only complaint would be the complete lack of wine glasses. Would stay here again.
Was in town for the Stadium Series outdoor NHL hockey game at Carter Finley Stadium. The property(townhouse) was very new and quite nice. It was just a little off the beaten path. The location required you to travel through an older neighborhood to reach it. Once you arrived at the new development it was brand new. The location was very close to a traditional NC BBQ joint( which was excellent!). I would highly recommend this property to folks visiting the NCSU area. All main roads were easily accessible too. Owners were very attentive and easy to communicate with.
Everything was good. From the amount of rooms to the space there was. It could have been better if the places was more cleaner. Also maybe add some board games or books to read for those days you donât have anything planned to go out and visit the city and itâs surroundings but over all it was a nice stay.
