This stunning, unique tranquil 9500 square foot home is a one-of-a-kind masterpiece on 2.5 acres of tropical lush land. Soaring 25 foot ceilings welcome you into the expansive Great Room, which can comfortably sit large gatherings. The professional, fully stocked kitchen is a chef’s paradise. There is also a beautiful player grand piano that will entertain in the evenings . This home includes a theater, expansive Gym with sauna, office, gaming room, pool table, In-Law apartment with elevator access. The seamless indoor/outdoor flow creates inviting spaces for entertaining and resort-style relaxation, including an outdoor dining area, living area, 14-person hot tub with therapeutic jets, a stunning 145’ heated saltwater Pool, tennis, pickleball, basketball, ping pong and bocce ball.

With attention to detail, each room has its own unique character. With over 90 pieces of art, there is nothing boring about this place! The gym offers state-of-the equipment, resistance bands, along with a Peloton bike ( must bring your own shoes) and Mirror workout system. The custom designed outdoor spa hot tub has a one-of-a-kind standing area for two people that delivers 8 high-intensity massage jets to your entire body! Perfect for after a workout or game of golf or tennis. Property has many water features such as a moat that wraps around home and a 20 foot rain sheer waterfall. Due to these water features, please be mindful with small children.

Guest access
Even though your concierge (owners) live in guest house, the layout of the property and lush landscaping give guests their privacy. Guests will also have priority access to all amenities on the property.

Other things to note
Tennis, pickleball, bocce ball, basketball, ping-pong equipment all provided. Corn hole, giant jenga, golf cart, bikes included, along with beach towels, cart, coolers, chairs and umbrellas.

Eight very happy golfers! Everything was exceptional! The house is an architectural gem and is beautifully decorated. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked, and we loved relaxing in the huge hot tub after a round of golf. And if you like playing tennis, pickle ball, swimming or shooting pool, it's all there. Best of all, the host was responsive and super friendly. We didn't want to leave. Thank you.

We had a fantastic stay and couldn’t have asked for a better setup for our group. We shared the house with four families, with kids ranging from ages 8–15, and there was more than enough space for everyone to spread out and relax comfortably.The house was incredibly clean and fully stocked with everything we could think of needing—it really made the stay feel easy and stress-free. There were plenty of activities and amenities to keep the kids entertained, and the pool and hot tub were a big hit—perfect temperature and used constantly!We also really appreciated all the beach gear provided, including plenty of towels, chairs, and toys. It made beach outings so much easier without having to bring or rent anything extra.The host was wonderful—very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, from booking to checkout. Everything was seamless from start to finish.One thing to note is that Verizon cell reception was spotty at times, but the WiFi was excellent and more than made up for it.Highly recommend it for families or larger groups!

Great house and even better host!

Would rate this the best house and Vrbo experience over the past 15 years of traveling. The house is beautiful and extremely clean. The plenty of space inside and outside on this property. We were 12 people and everyone slept very comfortable in the beds provided with space to spare. This will be my new main stay in Naples. Selfishly I want to leave a bad review so I can keep this gem for myself. Anyone that books this home for their stay will not regret it. Till next time cheers Lisa.

Once upon a time in Naples

We frequently rent properties in Naples, Florida to house our business associates as well as friends and family guests. For this occasion, we had a larger group of friends coming for a few days to Naples from Europe. Finding a property for 5 couples was challenging with very limited options.We stumbled upon this property and couldn't believe that such a spacious and modern house was available to rent. Our hosts, Lisa and Jeff, were above and beyond helpful in assisting our guests with anything they needed help with.Our friends are already planning to visit us again in October and specifically asked to stay at the same place. We highly recommend this property to anyone who loves space and premium amenities.
