Playas del Coco is a fun town for locals, ex-pats, and tourists visiting for short or long stays. There is an array of great stores and restaurants for your enjoyment as well as needed services like banks, pharmacies, post offices, grocery stores, and more.
- This is a non smoking unit. If you smoke, your deposit will be forfeited. Also, you will be charged an extra amount to cover for the services to get rid of the odor.

- No pets are allowed in the house.

- No parties or events are allowed.

- Please rinse sand in the outside shower before entering the condominium and/or showering inside. Extra sand in the unit can cause clogging and would represent an extra charge.

- Please, deposit toilet paper inside the can.

- Be kind with the AC and use at 23C or higher. And turn AC units off when not in the condominium. As for rentals over 1 week there is $100 cap.

-Mandatory to enjoy at list one sunset at the beach.
