Pacifico L615 is a beautiful three-bedroom condo on the third floor of one of the buildings in Pacifico, a high-end resort community in El Coco that offers resort-style amenities and access to a beach club.
The Space:
This unit has a picturesque balcony shaded by lush tropical greenery, with an outdoor dining table for six and a spectacular view of the pool.
This 1,320-square-foot (123 ㎡) unit features an open-concept living and dining space that is comfortably and stylishly furnished with a coastal-inspired look. The living room features two cream-colored couches with throw pillows, a plush blue armchair, a wooden coffee table, and an entertainment center with a TV. There is a wooden dining table with six chairs that separates the living room from the kitchen.
The kitchen features a wraparound breakfast bar with four high-top chairs and high-end white quartz countertops. The kitchen also includes wooden cabinets and drawers, as well as stainless steel appliances, including an oven and stovetop, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator and freezer.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and has a floor-to-ceiling sliding glass door that opens onto the balcony. This room also includes an ensuite bathroom with a dual-sink vanity and walk-in shower, a walk-in closet, and a TV.
The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the third bedroom offers two single beds. Both these bedrooms share a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a single-sink vanity. Between the three bedrooms and the pull-out sofa in the living room, this unit can sleep up to seven guests.
As a guest at Pacifico L615, you’ll have access to the property’s renovated outdoor spaces, including four sparkling swimming pools with lounge chairs, beach towels, and umbrellas, a hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, and a children’s playground. The entire gated community is landscaped with lush greenery and tropical plants, creating a relaxing oasis, and it offers 24/7 security.
You’ll also have access to the Pacifico Beach Club for $35 per person (with $25 credited back for food purchases), which includes two infinity pools and fine-dining experiences at Blu Bar and Alma Santa Cocina Latina, and beachfront access. A complimentary shuttle service is also included from the condo to the Pacifico Beach Club.
This unit offers air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and maid service upon request. This condo comes with a designated parking spot and can be accessed via a staircase, as there is no elevator in the building.
Pet-friendly policy
We welcome your furry friends at our property! Before you book, each pet must be verified and approved based on breed and size (max 35 lbs.), accompanied by a recent photo. A refundable pet fee of $200 per stay, along with an additional cleaning fee of $50 + 13% per pet, is required to ensure our home remains pristine for all guests. We allow up to two pets per reservation. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in public areas within the property grounds. Certain properties and complexes may have specific rules and registration requirements. Pets need to be verified at least 24 hours prior to check-in. If guests arrive at check-in with unverified pets, access to the property will be denied.

Located in the lively beach town of El Coco, Pacifico L615 offers access to fantastic restaurants, vibrant nightlife venues, and local shops and tour outfitters that will help you have a spectacular trip to Costa Rica’s Gold Coast. This condo is also a short 30-minute drive from Liberia International Airport, making this beach town one of the most convenient spots to stay during a trip to Guanacaste!
As a guest at Pacifico, you’ll have special access to the Pacifico Beach Club, which offers high-end restaurants and bars, two stunning infinity pools, and private beachfront access. You’ll also be a five-minute drive or a ten-minute walk from Playas del Coco, which is a fabulous spot for sunbathing, swimming, and water sports, like diving, snorkeling, fishing, or sailing.
Some repairs and a discount
Please note that Pacific Development will be carrying out exterior maintenance and painting works throughout the building from May 20 through August 2026. As part of these improvements, guests may occasionally see scaffolding around certain areas of the property and experience some daytime maintenance activity nearby.
Every effort will be made to minimize noise and inconvenience during your stay. We kindly recommend keeping personal belongings and clothing inside when work is taking place near balconies or terraces.
As with many growing and well-maintained communities, these temporary improvements help preserve and enhance the property for all guests. A discounted rate reflecting these temporary conditions has already been considered in the price of this unit.

Getting Around:
Our agents will be happy to assist you with renting a car, giving you the freedom to explore the area where you want, when you want. For short drives to nearby towns or beaches, golf carts are another popular mode of transportation. You can also rent a bicycle to ride around in town or beyond.
We can arrange transfers to and from the airport. Rental cars can also be delivered to your property at no additional cost, allowing you to relax and enjoy the scenery as our private van drives you here from the airport.
Taxis are available but can be a bit hard to find. Many locals use buses to get around, though there are a limited number of routes and times of day when you can catch them. Private shuttles can be a great option for traveling to nearby destinations, and many tour companies offer transportation to and from the tour. Loved the pool areas
Loved the room, loved the resort pool areas. excellent burgers from poolside bar/grill, walking distance to grocery store, fruit stand Coco shops, restaurants and beach. Loved the catamaran snorkel sunset tour Carlos helped us book.
