This one-bedroom unit is super clean, quiet, thoughtfully appointed, and has designated off-street parking. Other perks include really comfy mattress & great water filter. Will be back!

Dang this Vrbo is awesome!

It was very clean when we got there and were so happy with the hospitality. The snacks, board games and Pac-Man machine really surprised us as we didn’t know there was one there. The location is very nice and cozy which made it the perfect place to settle down after our outings. Overall a great pick, we will be staying here again if we are coming to the area.

This place worked nicely for us as our son lives nearby. I cooked my meals, and while the counter space is limited I was able to do what I needed to do. I did bring a couple pans from home as there wasn’t a huge selection provided. The big bathroom is great, as is the huge tv! We enjoyed watching Netflix as if we were in a theater. Handy parking, good location if you’re driving… lots of stores nearby and easy freeway access. It’s not really a “go out and take a walk” kind of neighborhood though. Overall recommended!

Parking for my friend and I’s vehicles was easy. The wifi connection and reception in general was extremely poor, although the hosts were proactive about it. The grass area for the dogs was a little awkward as the kids played on it and vehicles parked there. Otherwise, the place was very nice and we slept very good on the bed and couch bed. The bathroom was really nice and wish I had more time to use the cool tub. The TVs were also really nice.

Wonderful apartment!

Kuei’s place is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. There was everything that we needed. While we didn’t cook, we used the coffeemaker and microwave, both of which worked well.Kuei was always available and very helpful and friendly.The supplies in the bathroom were outstanding, including bath salts and bombs for the big soaker tub, and even different types of masks.Should I need a place to stay in the Santa Clarita area again, I would definitely go back there.
