Welcome to 15 Bald Eagle Road West – an absolutely stunning, newly built beach home located in Sea Pines. With six bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms – this home can sleep up to 13 guests total. This beautiful, brand new home was completed September 2024 and is a very easy walk to the beach.

• Pool/Spa Info: The pool is approximately 30' x 8' - with the sun shelf being roughly 7' of that. The pool and spa can be heated seasonally for an additional fee. The spa can be heated year-round for an additional fee. The pool can only be heated for stays falling between Labor Day through Memorial Day for an additional fee. No pool heat is available during the summer months. Please email or call us at least two weeks prior to your arrival if you would like to add pool/and or spa heat + pay fee.

We had a fantastic stay at this Hilton Head Island home. The house is beautiful, new, and very well appointed with quality furniture and a fully stocked kitchen that had everything we needed. The garage space was more than adequate, which made unloading and storage easy and convenient.The home functioned perfectly in every way—plenty of hot water throughout our stay, and excellent refrigerator and freezer capacity for groceries and supplies.What really stood out was the outdoor experience. The hot tub and pool were maintained at the perfect temperature exactly as promised, and unlike many rental experiences, we never once had to contact the management company for adjustments or maintenance. Everything was clean, ready, and well managed from start to finish.Overall, this was one of the smoothest and most enjoyable rental experiences we’ve had. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a worry-free stay in Hilton Head.

Cry The house was beautiful and well laid out. Loads of room and just a short walk to the beach. Also very close bike ride to Salty Dog and Harbor Town. We’d definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Getaway

What a beautiful home with plenty of room for two families (8 people). Easy walking distance to the beach which was perfect even in the middle of winter. Pool and hot tub were excellent!

This house is in pristine condition and had everything you would need there. The location was perfect as it was on the south end of Sea Pines and did not have much of the traffic you can find in other areas of that area. Would recommend this house to anyone that is planning on staying in the general HHI area. Finally, working with Coastal Home & Villa was easy and they were very responsive.

It was located in a great area, featured plenty of gathering spaces, and had high-quality appliances and cookware, as well as a beautiful pool. Four families with six children felt very comfortable in this tastefully decorated house, thanks to the spacious living areas, large bedrooms, and stunning bathrooms. One of my favorite spots was the swing on the peaceful porch overlooking the pool. The beach was just a short and easy walk away, even for a 3-year-old. The host provided beach towels, and each bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and soap. We all highly recommend this home and look forward to returning next year.

We have rented homes in Sea Pines the last few years for spring break with two adult children and their families. This is our favorite place so far. There is a bunch of construction going on in the neighborhood but that will be done soon. We hope to return to this property. Lastly, Coastal Home and Villa is GREAT to work with and they provided super customer service. We had a couple minor issues which they worked to resolve immediately. All in all, a great week!

Reviewer Comments: OUTSTANDING, I travel alot and this bye the far was the smoothest vacation rental experience to date.That being said we did have a hickup with our pool being heated but their response and continuos thru out our stay was on top of the issue and made it right with out having to ask. It was out daughters wedding and the house was aboslulty perfect and the kitchen was well eguiped! The extra frig was a God Send with our guests and keeping "hand off till morning of food " private with out anyone getting it to. AWESOME ! Plenty of rrom for the girls to get ready hair and make up and brunch- (13 guests revolving in and out )

Plenty of parking. Easy access to beach. Beds all adequately comfortable. Plenty of room for large group. Pool is very small and having stayed in the second week of October, the pool/hot tub needed to be heated. If you want to heat them, it will cost you 110 per day. The mgmt co wanted me to give them two weeks notice to heat the pool. I opted not to pay as I did not know our plans upon arrival. It just so happened the first two days of our stay there was a tropical storm so I'm glad I didn't have them heating the pool on days that were not even usable. Needless to say, we did not use the pool or the hot tub even though that was one of the reasons we selected the property. Additionally, please know that there is no simple food and cooking essentials, I.e. salt and pepper olive oil, etc. We ended up buying it and leaving it, but I'm guessing it was not there for the next guest as I believe all such items are removed by housekeeping between guests.Overall it's a nice property in a good location. However, I think it is NOT worth the price we paid given we couldn't use the pool/hot tub. There are much more affordable options which offer a comfortable place to sleep.

We’re sorry the weather and timing didn’t allow you to enjoy the pool and spa. The home’s propane heating system does involve a daily fuel cost, and when you reached out before arrival, our team offered a reduced pool heat rate and complimentary spa heat to help make it easier to use those amenities. For future stays, we’re always happy to answer questions about pool/spa heat or kitchen basics in advance - housekeeping does remove all food items between guests for safety. We opted to have the pool heated and greatly enjoyed the spa during our stay. The beach was a short walk away and we spent time walking on the beach and riding bikes. Our only issue with was some construction work taking place just behind the property. There was periodic noise from a saw and nail gun on every day except for Sunday. The construction crew did not start early and everyone was up and about but it did impact our enjoyment of the back patio areas of the home. Overall a great visit to HHI and we would recommend this property to our friends.

Family Fun at HHI

Overall 15 Bald Eagle West is a beautiful vacation home with pool for a fun and a relaxing family vacation. We had 12 people. The home is very well designed for all to relax and enjoy. A short walk to the beach (5 minutes or less) makes it even better. The South Beach area in Sea Pines is very relaxing and less crowded than areas toward the Sea Pines Swim Club... we enjoyed that solitude and space on the beach. The house is very well thought out design wise and includes everything you need in the kitchen for to make almost anything you want in the beautiful and modern kitchen. The street is very quiet and makes for great relaxation and sleeping at night. The home includes in garage parking for two cars and this was excellent to keep our cars cool and charge our E-Vehicle at night. We enjoyed doing many puzzles at the large dining table and watching NBA finals on the large flat screen located everywhere and sitting on the screened in porch to watch the kids swim. All issues were handle promptly except the indoor grille that did not work upon our arrival, we did get a rented grille added to pool area to replace that non-working grille. Areas for improvement would be the bedding quality was not up the luxury of the home (we could see right thru the sheets to the mattresses. Also, the bathrooms could use more towels and washcloths , only provided two per person for our 12 person party. One last item is the AC, it worked well on the first floor but not on second floor

While we have received no prior comments on the upstairs air conditioning, it’s possible that it may have started to struggle with the higher summer temperatures. We’ll investigate and make any changes needed to maintain a comfortable temperature upstairs but all seems to be maintaining well now.
