Enjoy a peaceful stay at this lovely 2-bedroom townhome in Baltimore. The cozy property features 2 full beds, 2 bathrooms with showers, and essential amenities like a washing machine, AC, heating, and WiFi. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.
Most major venues are within walking distance, no more than a mile away:
*University of Maryland Medical Center
*M & T Bank Stadium (Ravens)- 10 minute walk
*Camden Yards (Orioles)- 15 minute walk
*The Inner Harbor
*CFG Bank Arena
*Federal Hill Park
This row house is located on a friendly street in a community with easy access to the I-95. The BWI Airport is 12 minutes away. PARKING is FREE with our permits.
The space
We hope this historic row house will become your temporary home. We have fallen in love with this neighborhood and hope you will too.
This is a new property for us and as time moves on, we will continue to make updates to it via furniture and other amenities.
What you can expect:
*A comfortable and clean space
*FULL ACCESS TO THE ENTIRE PROPERTY although the basement will be under construction.
*Strong WIFI
*Newly remodeled bathrooms
*Full kitchen available with new stainless steel appliances
*Friendly neighbors and a sense of community
*Proximity to the Ravens and Orioles Stadiums
*Surrounding breweries
We are a family who loves competition so being close to where the Ravens and Orioles play (along with the surrounding breweries) is a dream.
We caution that our place has exposed brick and the staircase may be considered a bit steep.
We look forward to your visit!
Guest access
You have FULL ACCESS to the first and second floors, plus the backyard where you can park your car. Parking is free on the street as long as you display our Guest Parking Permit on the dash of your car.
Our basement will be under construction so it will not be available.
Other things to note
You will receive a guest parking permit to use during your stay but it is recommended to get a more permanent pass via the Baltimore Parking Authority. Parking is available in the backyard where no permit is required.
If you plan to stay with us longer than 6 months, and/or you have no reviews on Airbnb, we may ask you for a background check.

We are both high school teachers who are recent empty nesters. We love to travel and we bought this property to be closer to our young adult children. We love hosting because it has become something our entire family has participated in.

We chose this neighborhood because our daughter went to college nearby and we fell in love with Baltimore, the Inner Harbor and the downtown area. We are a family that loves competitive sports so we are thrilled to be so close to both football and baseball stadiums.

Besides the proximity to the medical center, universities, stadiums, Inner Harbor and downtown area, Pig Town, (originally known as Washington Village) is a neighborhood of loyal residents who take pride in their community and the annual pig races at the Pig Festival in September.
