Location was great, within a 15-20 minute walking distance to the Inner Harbor/Aquarium, as well as lots of restaurants. The house looked exactly like the pictures, and was very clean. It could use some hooks on entry wall for hanging coats, and hooks in the bathroom for wet towels, but otherwise it was fine. Parking can be a bit tricky, especially with a large SUV, but luckily my friend is a pro-parallel parker so it all worked out. Owner was very responsive to any questions.

We really enjoyed our stay at Carl's place and would stay there again. The place was clean, had everything we needed and is in a great location. Parking was easier than I thought it would be and I loved that we could bring our dog with us. Also, Carl was very responsive to any questions that I had which was very helpful.

Great place to stay for a Ravens/Orioles games. The area is super friendly and has a lot of restaurants and bars.Not the best place to stay if you’re looking to hang out at, but for sleeping and all that, it’s perfect.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The area is awesome being only a 10 minute drive and 30 minute walk from the harbor. The neighborhood is calm and quiet and the neighbors kind and respectful. As far as the house itself, it is comfortable, clean and well kept. The host was accommodating, respectful and responsive. I recommend this place 10/10!

Ice maker did not work. No overhead light in one of the bedrooms. Two forks in the silverware drawer. Plenty of spoons and knives. Location was nice. Parking was a bit of a challenge, but the host really can't do anything about that. We would rate this one near the bottom of the places we've stayed over the years.

Great little place. Great location. Very comfortable and clean. The stairs are super steep. If you have any mobility or weight issues it would be difficult to go up and down. The couch’s in the living room are not the best choice for lounging. They are uncomfortable. There were also way too many instructions for the stay and check out. You don’t get the information until after you pay and a few days before the visit. Check out is 10am. Way too early. We asked to stay until 11am and he accommodated us which was nice.
