Classic Federal Hill Rowhouse

This classic Baltimore Federal Hill rowhouse is conveniently located close to many local attractions. Light Street and Charles Street, the center of the famous Federal Hill restaurant, bar and retail scene, are just three blocks away. From the house you'll be within a mile of the Inner Harbor, Ft. McHenry, and Locust Point. Walk to the Ravens/Orioles stadiums in 30 min (drive in 8!). Riverside park is just across the street.

House includes parking spot - so hope off 1-95 and within 5 minutes you'll be parked and inside!

House has internet and cable and 55" Smart TV (sign into your Netflix and Amazon accounts!) as well as all classic kitchen amenities (microwave, dishwasher, etc). Washer/Dryer also in-unit and available for use if needed. With 2 queen beds and 2 full baths, it's the perfect spot for a group or family trip to Baltimore!

This house is on a residential street with neighbors who live full time here. We ask our guests to be respectful of the community. Therefore, PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED.

This is also a NO SMOKING HOUSE. If the house smells like smoke upon departure, you will be charged for an additional cleaning fee.

We had the best stay. I felt very safe in this neighborhood. We walked around all times of day with no issues, we walked to dinner almost every night. We even walked to a convenient store at 1am without any issues. A parking spot in the back was a luxury for this area, so that was super nice as well. Only tiny complaint I have is I wish there was a tv in the bedroom. We walked so much I would have loved to watch a movie in bed at the end of the day, but we just laid on the couch instead. I would absolutely stay again.

It is a perfect location for game day, the Ravens stadium is literally a 20 minute walk. The neighborhood is dope. The host gave us the info on a piece paper in the house. I never stay in the house often so for a place that is affordable and in a nice neighborhood.

Loree was a fantastic host. The row house was clean, had off street parking and in a great neighborhood. However, the basement bedroom had low ceilings and was claustrophobic feeling. Overall, a good experience.

A comfortable home for our extended stay to be with family. Much attention given to making every aspect of conveniences and accomodations in good working order. Our host Loree was beyond responsive to us. A great neighborhood vibe and a quiet street in this part of the city.

Great little place - will stay again

We were visiting family for Christmas. This was a perfect location for us to walk everywhere we needed to go. Parking space at back of house was a huge plus. The house was immaculate. Perfect for our needs. We stayed in the upstairs loft. I was glad we didn't have to use the basement room but that's probably just me. We only used the coffee pot (I loved that we had 2 options - Keurig and drip). The kitchen was spotless. I would definitely stay again. Owner was very helpful and responsive.

Enjoyed our stay

We spent 4 days and 3 nights. The location is great and nearby many restaurants, bars and M&T stadium. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom are awesome. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom are nice but not for taller people due to low ceilings especially in the bathroom and shower. Overall, for the price, convenience and courteous owner I would consider coming back.

Excellent home in great neighborhood

Highly recommend the property. Loree made the entire process so easy and was extremely communicative and easy to reach. The property itself is very clean and well maintained in a great neighborhood to explore all that Baltimore has to offer. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Very nice & close to EVERYTHING!

We attended an All-White Dinner party on the Spirit of Baltimore. This place was literally MINUTES from everything we needed to get to throughout the weekend. We were able to get to the Inner Harbor in less than 10 minutes, we were able to attend the meeting at the local Kingdom Hall in less than 10 minutes. Several restaurants and other takeout food places are within walking distance. This place was PERFECT and the price was very reasonable. The host responded quickly to any questions and the property is accurate to the listing/pictures. We have no complaints whatsoever! We would DEFINITELY stay again! This was a 10/10 for us.

Weekend getaway

My husband and I watch Triple D on the food network, we saw Jimmy’s famous seafood restaurant featured . We decided to make a weekend of it and visit the inner harbor again after many years . This home was perfect, it was within walking distance to many restaurants, we wanted to try more than we had time for. You could also walk to the inner harbor, M&T stadium, Camden yards, federal hill park,
etc. We did enjoy the crab egg rolls at Jimmy’s, had crab at LP Steamers, and ice cream at MooMoo cows. I think it is the best ice cream I ever had! The house is very comfortable, updated . Loree was very helpful in recommending places and detailed with instructions and directions. It was exactly as described. The neighborhood is very nice, quiet and safe. Had a wonderful time and would highly recommend. If you would go to Fells point , I would recommend Thames St Oyster House. Food is excellent. You would need to drive or take the water taxi from the house, but worth the trip
