**No hot tub fees** when you come stay at this peaceful, wooded retreat leaving the hustle and bustle behind and are surrounded by the beauty of the Great Smoky Mountains! Spend your day teeing off at the neighborhood golf course, chasing waterfalls, gem mining or trying tasty local eats on Main St. Or, stay at home and enjoy the recreation and relaxation of the hot tub, fire pit, arcade, 4 full-sized HDTV's and table games. Dogwood Sunset is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath cabin perched on a hillside with a view of the Smokies and the neighborhood Mint Lake. The house is located in a community where you have gated access in a private setting. One bedroom is located upstairs with a separate bath and 2 oversized bedrooms share a bath with a whirlpool tub on the terrace level. You will also find a full-sized washer and dryer on this level. All bedrooms have their own 55 inch TV's with YouTube TV! This beautiful home is the perfect place for couples or large families to escape and relax. After returning home from a long day of adventuring, enjoy a soak in the 6-person hot tub, relax on the porch swing or sit beside the gas fireplace in the living room. The hot tub is on the lowest of 3 covered decks all of which contain tables and furniture to accommodate your whole group. Watching the spectacular sunset or viewing wildlife in the morning while sipping coffee are two activities guests comment about the most! Dogwood Sunset is only 5.9 miles to the center of Franklin where you will find grocery stores, a variety of fast food restaurants, and a Tesla charging station. Drive a half mile further to find Aldi, Starbucks, Chick-fil-A and super Walmart. The house is 25 miles to Highlands, 28 miles to Sylva, and 42 miles to Bryson City, a good place for a rafting adventure. If you are not enjoying the excellent restaurants around Main Street in Franklin, you can utilize multiple options for cooking including various sizes of pots and pans, the Weber grill (propane included) or the firepit with adirondack chairs for making smores. If you need to catch up on your workload the house is equipped with speedy, reliable internet at 300 mbps and a dedicated workspace in the terrace level bedroom. If you need to stay indoors, play the arcade games on the terrace level or enjoy the foosball and ping pong tables in the garage. Outside you will find a large backyard with a grassy area for corn hole, frisbee or just a place for kids to roam and run. A wonderful place to relax, the community is very secure and beautiful views! The house was very clean and comfortable! And the communication between me and the owner was very helpful and they also responded quickly with any questions i had! What a beautiful home, the house has everything you need for a wonderful vacation.. Lots of room the beds are so comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked.. The road is paved and so is the driveway, the drive there isn't bad either we'll be back the next time were in Franklin

Delightful getaway with incredible mountain view!

We enjoyed our stay! The home was sparkling clean and very comfortable with many details provided! Location is gorgeous but also conveniently near shopping and many attractions. A highlight of our stay was a magnificent mountain sunset viewed from the back deck. What an enjoyable and relaxing weekend! We highly recommend!

We absolutely love the Dogwood home, the owners thought of everything that you would need for a comfortable stay. The home is so clean, wish I would give them a 6!!. The beds are so comfortable and the view are spectacular This is our 2nd stay and will be back to Franklin and the Dogwood

Winter stay

The house was very nice. The king beds were extremely comfortable. The fireplace was great. And it was a plus to be able to park in the garage. We had several inches of snow during our stay and the views were stunning. The property managers were great to deal with.

We had a fantastic stay at Dogwood Sunset! The home was beautiful and exactly as described. Nicely decorated, well maintained, and very clean. Everything was well labeled and the property manager had good information about the surrounding area available. Would love to stay here again, but the listing has been removed.

Awesome property!

Beautiful cozy cabin in a great location with mountain views and close to everything. The golf course nearby is a nice bonus and was fun playing while deer ran through the fairways. The area is safe and the neighbors in the area were very friendly. Communication with the owners was excellent and everything was as listed. We will definitely return to this one and highly recommend to anyone traveling to the area!

Beautiful and relaxing

We had an amazing time at the cabin. It was clean and locted near a lot of stors but not so close that you were right there. The host was amazing and came right over when we couldn't get fireplace to work. We will be back for sure.
