Hi, thanks for your feedback. We’re sorry to see you weren’t fully satisfied. Our home may not be a fully renovated home as are many in the area, but it is centrally located and is actually priced competitively with other homes in the area. We take great pride in making it a cozy “home away from home”. We are just a message away for our guests if they need anything during their stay. Thanks again for staying at Island Villa.

The home was very clean. Plenty of space for my girlfriend, myself and my Belgian Malinous. My two kids would have had their own rooms if I took them but this was a vacation.... Back yard was perfect for my pup to explore and do his thing. Door to the back patio with stairs to the yard was a huge plus. Gina was fantastic with directions and suggestions on food and activities even though I spent my first 21 years growing up there. The house has everything you need and of course the island is 4 miles by 6 miles so everything is within 5 minutes of driving. We had a bad storm at time of check out and Gina ensured we could stay until it passed so we were safe. We will definitely be staying there again when we go to visit my parents. I don't think you can find a better price per rental anywhere on the island. Thank you Gina, we will stay in touch!!!!

Good but difficultly with AC

It was really hot and the A/C couldnt be lowered past 75. Other than that the stay was great.
