Really wnjoyed staying here

Two couples stayed for a week and the house was exactly as described in the listing. It had everything one would expect to have a great beach vacation. We would definitely stay there again on our next trip to Marco!

Very well equipped with everything you need for the pool or beach. Even dog leashes, bowls etc. Enjoyed using the fishing rods off the dock and caught a few fish. Great location to everything. Parking pass to make beach parking a breeze just a few mi utes away. Chairs, a pull cart and toys for the kids to use at the beach. Pool and barbecue was great. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again one day. My grand daughter and family loved it.

Wonderful stay

We have stayed at many houses on Marco and this property was wonderful. Very clean, kitchen fully stocked, everything needed for a trip to the beach (wagon, cart, chairs) and lots of space for the family to spread out.

This house was perfect for a family get away. Short walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood, fishing from the dock, warm pool, comfortable beds, and well stocked kitchen.

Nice clean house with fast WiFi and good size TVsRoom layout was a little odd with the formal living room being sunken 4 inches (almost everyone stumbled once). Pool was a good size and well cared for. The doors in/to the master suite were also odd in that a pocket door was at the entrance and there were so many doors in the bathroom it was difficult to maneuver around. These are minor things so really I wish I could rate it a 4.5

Relaxing Birthday Winter Getaway

My spouse, dog and I absolutely loved our stay! It was our first visit to Marco Island, and we will surely return! The house was clean, spacious, well-stocked with amenities and a fantastic location within walking to the beach, shops and restaurants. Couldn't have asked for more!

Beautiful canal home on the island!

Wonderful house in the canals minutes from all the shops, restaurants, beach. Plenty to do all around the house from swimming in the pool, fishing/kayaking the canals, great restaurants, beautiful beach minutes from the front door.

Nice property in a great location

I traveled here with my wife and two teenage boys. This property was in a perfect location for a short walk to the beach and easy access to all of the Marco Island amenities. In addition, the property was very nice, and we enjoyed laying out by the pool. The owner has paid extra attention to all the little details, so you have everything that you need right at your fingertips. Great stay. Would rent this property again.

Beautiful time in a beautiful place

This location was ideal and from doorstep to saltwater it was exactly a half mile and an easy walk. The pool was wonderful, the house clean and comfortable with all of the extras already in place. But, my favorite part was the burrowing owls on the adjacent lot. I have a huge owl obsession and had no idea I’d be able to see them so easily. For me, it really made the vacation! I look forward to returning.

Marco Vacation

We had a wonderful trip to Marco with my 3 children. The house is in a prime spot for public beach access within a short walking distance. The home was fully equipped with all beach gear needed (beach wagon, towels, chairs, toys etc). My kids enjoyed the heated pool. The home was clean and comfortable for my family of 5. I would definitely return to stay here again!

Great house in a great location

We had a wide range of ages staying at this property over our 2 week rental (ages 3-95), and everyone loved it. The outdoor area was great a great place to hang out and the kids loved the pool. Really short walk to the beach, and the wagon provided by the owner made it easy to get there and back with all our things. Would definitely consider staying at this house again!
