300 m de la plage, mais à proximité des commerces, des marchés et forêt de pins .. vous allez l'adorer ... Il est situé dans la région de Marco Polo (San Carlo Borromeo Street) la meilleure partie de la ville. Premier étage ensoleillée: il ya la terrasse où vous pouvez manger, le balcon où vous pourrez prendre le soleil, une cuisine entièrement équipée avec 4 réchauds à gaz, micro-ondes amd four. Deux chambres: une avec un lit double, et d'autres de 2 lits simples sont dans la deuxième chambre. Aussi dans la salle à manger il ya un canapé-lit. Confortable et très silencieux!
Vous pouvez REAH la plage en moins de 5 minutes à pied, ou si vous prefear vous pouvez louer un vélo et profiter de toute la région de Versilia.

Badeferien in Viareggio

Der Vermieter wohnt in Florenz, ist sehr zuvorkommend und jederzeit erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sauber, zweckmässig eingerichtet und es funktioniert alles. Das Haus liegt an einer Einbahnstrasse mit wenig Verkehr. Das Einkaufen in den vielen kleinen Geschäften in der nahen Umgebung macht Spass. Der angenehm kühle Pinienwald ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt und man kann dort für wenig Geld Velos mieten. Wir haben den Badeurlaub sehr genossen und können Nic als unkomplizierten, zuverlässigen Vermieter weiterempfehlen. Verena

characteristic property. great location. clean.

This flat is a lovely clean, cool and airy apartment with everything you need very nearby. We stayed for 7 weeks with a toddler and found it to have a very nice atmosphere from the moment we arrived. Couldn't ask for a better location in Viareggio. Lovely owners who we met at the start but otherwise left us to ourselves. Nice period building. Sunny from balcony and shady rear terrace with table and chairs. Internet, TV, everything we needed in the kitchen. This area has a lot of nice little shops and is very close to the park and beach. Never a problem finding parking.

Holidays in Viareggio

We had a pleasant vacation thanks also at the quality of the apartment and his nice location. It is located at walk distance from the sea, and the path to the sea is through a refreshing Mediterranean pinewood. The main facilities like Supermarket, pharmacy, Pizzeria, are at your fingertips. The apartment is very fresh inside, with exposure on two sides and with a balcony and nice terrace. The temperature inside the flat is always cool also despite a very high external temperature. The apartment was well furnished with all the necessary equipment. The negative points were, a fridge a little small, the absence of washing machine and top neighbors a bit noises. The owner is very friendly and always available to help in any situation. I would recommend it to my friends.

Apartment in Viareggio

We stayed at this place while on holiday. Superb location, near the park, local shops and beach-mainly private. Serena was a lovely lady who meet us on arrival and showed around the place. We didn't meet Nick but he was very prompt on responding to e-mails. The apartment was as described, clean and had everything you need for your stay. Lovely balcony where you can have meals and enjoy drinks in the evening. The train station is only couple of minutes by bus and we managed to travel to Pisa (max 30 min),Lucca (max 30 min) and Florence ( max 2hours). There is a very nice park with lots of entertainment for the children, including ponies, different rides and cafes. We really enjoyed our time in Italy and the accomodation was part of it. Just what we expected.

My partner and 20 year old son had an excellent holiday in Viareggio and staying at the apartment was part of it. My son had his own room with good bunk beds. Our double bedroom was spacious and very comfortable. The lounge and kitchen area was also very spacious and comfortable. All the amenities worked well and everything was here apart from a kettle(we boiled water in a pan,easy enough) The lounge led to a balcony and although only overlooking the street outside it was nice to have a drink there either before or after going out. The promanade and beach is about a 10 minute walk away and to get there is so relaxing as you walk through Viareggio's pinewood park which accomodates childrens rides and play areas,restaurants,bars,bicycle hire,tennis and small football courts. The park is actually metres away from the apartment. The owner met us there on our arrival and was very welcoming showing us how to use the amenities and giving us helpful tips about shopping etc.We exchanged several e-mails before deciding to go and he did not let us down. Once he had left us with the keys we felt right at home and in case of any emergency we had his phone number. We are very much looking forward to using the apartment again as Viareggio is such a relaxing holiday destination.

fab place to stay right at park 5 mins to sea wee boy had a great time plenty family run shops at door step neighbours very helpful nic was a fab host will use house again well done nic .ciao.
