Nestled in nature, our 3-floor cabin comfortably sleeps 8 and offers the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern convenience. Whether you`re soaking in the peace and quiet or exploring nearby attractions, Lilla’s Cozy Cabin is your home away from home.

Upper-floor:
- A stunning master bedroom with vaulted ceilings, a skylight, and a king-sized bed.
- A charming loft down the hall that sleeps 2, perfect for kids or extra guests.
- A shared bathroom with a large soaking tub, ideal for relaxing or bubble baths for the little ones.

Main-floor:
- A cozy living room where you can watch movies or step out onto the large deck to stargaze.
- A fully stocked eat-in kitchen with a coffee bar, making meals a breeze.
- A full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Lower-level:
- A spacious bedroom featuring 2 queen beds.
- A full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
- A recreation area with a foosball table, board games, a bar, and a cozy reading nook.
- French doors open to the patio with outdoor seating and a barbecue grill—perfect for al fresco dining.

TVs on each level use Xfinity streaming and Wi-Fi is available throughout the cabin. However, our favorite guests are those who choose to unplug, tucking away their phones to truly savor the beauty of nature and the simplicity of each moment.

Our circular gravel driveway accommodates 4-5 cars comfortably.

Lilla’s Cozy Cabin is located on a peaceful, quiet road. To respect our neighbors and maintain the tranquility of the area, no parties or loud music are permitted at any time.

- 10 minutes to the YMCA, Goochland Library, grocery stores, ABC store, and local favorites like Dunkin’ Donuts, Hardee’s, and Chinese takeout (plus Domino`s Pizza delivery!)
- 20 minutes to Short Pump Mall for shopping and dining
- Wineries are within 7-11 miles west
- 25 minutes east to Downtown Richmond or west to Charlottesville

Whether you’re here to relax, explore, or simply enjoy the charm of the cabin, Lilla’s Cozy Cabin has everything you need for a memorable stay.

The entire home is accessible to guests with the exception of one locked hospitality closet which contains our cleaning and restocking supplies. Any evidence of tampering with locks may result in a fee.

Our circular gravel driveway comfortably accommodates 4-5 cars, and we recommend having a car for traveling due to the rural location of our home. This ensures easy access to nearby attractions and conveniences during your stay.

As we spend 6-9 months of the year traveling, we`ve decided to share the joy and peace this little hideaway brings us. While this is not a shared space, we are always easily accessible to assist and answer any questions during your stay, no matter where we are. Plus, our dedicated team is available to ensure everything goes smoothly. At Lilla’s Cozy Cabin, you`ll have the place entirely to yourself, with support just a message away!

*** PLEASE NOTE the following important information:

- The indoor fireplace is not available for guest use.

- Setting the thermostat below 72°F can place excessive strain on the system. Please do not lower the temperature below this setting. During the warmer months only, we will provide additional air conditioning units to ensure your comfort.

- There is an unusable and inaccessible pool on the property. It is fenced off at ground level and also has a temporary fence on the basement level, with clear `Do Not Enter` signs. While the pool area is not locked, the fencing and signage indicate that it is strictly off-limits to guests.

- Please be aware that the property is located in a rural area, where you may encounter a higher number of insects than you are accustomed to. Additionally, it is possible to come across wildlife that may be unfamiliar to you.

Please Note: Unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited and considered trespassing. A $250 fee applies for unregistered guests or exceeding max occupancy. No parties, events, or gatherings allowed—violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund. Please ensure your guest count is accurate and let us know of any changes.

DISCOUNTS: Our pricing is haggle-free and always represents the lowest and best price we can offer, including long-term and seasonal rates. Weekly and monthly discounts are shown, if applicable. We are not able to provide additional discounts.

AVAILABILITY: Our calendar is up to date and accurate. If your requested dates are showing as available, you are welcome to proceed with your booking!

EARLY CHECK-IN: Due to our high number of turnovers, we cannot accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please read and understand the cancellation policy prior to booking. This policy is firm, and we will be upheld in the event of a cancellation. We recommend purchasing travel insurance if you have concerns that you may need to cancel your reservation for any reason.

PET POLICY: We are dog friendly. We allow up to two dog per stay for a $50 pet fee. We do not allow any other species of pet. This is non-negotiable.

UNFORESEEN ACTS OF NATURE: We are unable to issue refunds for events outside of our control exacted by natural forces, such as power or utility outages.

-We do not supply laundry supplies.
We have a strict dog only pet policy. There is a $50.00 pet fee and a maximum of two dogs allowed at the property. If you plan to bring your dog(s) along, please be sure it is included in your reservation at confirmation. Unauthorized pets at this property will result in a $100.00 reservation violation fee in addition to the standard $50.00 pet fee. Thank you in advance for both your compliance and understanding of our pet policies.

No smoking indoors. A $250 fee will be charged to guests after departure if evidence of smoking cigarettes or marijuana indoors is detected.

Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed.
