Lux Villa w Sea View + Heated Pool

Villa Ersi is a traditional Cephalonian villa with a village-chic twist. With sweeping panoramic views of the Ionian Sea, nearby islands, and pine-covered mountains, lounge the day away and watch the sunset from your private, heated, infinity pool.

This luxury villa offers three large bedrooms with en suite bathrooms (including an advanced septic system - yes, you can flush the lavatory paper!). Balconies, climate control, wi-fi/ethernet, and ample amounts of closet space are also included in each room. A fourth half bath just off of the living space, large living room, and dine-in kitchen create the perfect space for entertaining and lounging in 158 square meters of living space. Modern decor, and a state of the art kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops afford all the amenities of a home away from home.

Outside, the villa's architecture follows the lines and dimensions of a traditional neoclassical Cephalonian home. The villa has its own private gated entrance with ample parking on a large driveway. A private 43 square meter, heated, infinity pool*, sun beds, umbrellas, BBQ and outdoor dining can be enjoyed in an additional 80 square meters of outdoor entertaining space.

*The pool is heated during April, May, and October. From June to September, we let the Greek sun do all the work to heat our pool naturally, and we'll only turn on the heater during those months if it's unseasonably cool. But luckily that rarely happens!

We have a garden in the level below the pool with fruit trees and tomatoes which are in abundance during the summer months. Please help yourself to whatever is ripe!

Located outside the village of Sarlata, and just under ten minutes outside Argostoli, the capital of Kefalonia, Villa Ersi is a short driving distance to the island's most beautiful beaches.
