The house was clean and spacious, and located in a quiet neighborhood. Although we didn't use it, the kitchen appeared to be well-stocked with pans. The beds and furniture were comfortable. We also appreciated the hot tub and outdoor games. It was a good base for adventures in Denver and was close to several parks. Also, a big thank you to Ryan for being a great host.

Great house for a group

The house is laid out well for a group. The game room, gym and yard are great for hanging out together. The kitchen is well-stocked. We had a really nice stay!

Better than expected! Easy check in, host very quick to respond, all great! House was awesome! Lots of space, great for a big group with good sleeping arrangements. Decor was very cool, cool vibe!

Group trip

Property was very comfortable for our large group of 12 women. Many cool amenities we did not use such as the sauna, hot tub, corn hole, video games. But would be great fun for groups with children. Loved the king beds, which are great for sharing. Ryan was very responsive to answer questions and address issues. Looking forward to staying again next year.

Family Fun !

The home was a great fit for our family. We had 8 adults, and infant and a dog. Bedrooms were perfect with king size beds for everyone. Main floor had ample space for meals, game playing, and tv watching. Fenced backyard was perfect for our furry friend, along with great neighborhoods for daily walks. Great location for a quick mountain hike! Highly recommend!

The thoughtful design and abundant natural light created such a welcoming atmosphere that we actually cancelled our evening plans just to spend more time enjoying the house! The dedicated workspace and home gym were game-changers, allowing us to maintain our work routine while traveling. It's rare to find a rental that balances professional amenities with family-friendly features so seamlessly. The modern styling was complemented perfectly by the carefully chosen wall colors in each room, making every space feel intentional and inviting. The kitchen was a joy to cook in, and the spacious backyard provided the perfect outlet for toddler energy. Our host went above and beyond to ensure we had everything needed for a successful stay, showing genuine care in setting us up for comfort from the start.
