very clean, great view, nice location for the things we wanted to do. I found the VRBO group very responsive to the trash collection problem. Would recommend this property to others.

We had such a nice experience staying at Allen's property! Everything was very comfortable and peaceful and so nice to have a view of the lake. Such a nice neighborhood and a short walk to the beach and charming downtown Kirkland. We had fun trying some of the great restaurants and walking along the waterfront. We definitely look forward to coming again!

Great location

Easy walk to restaurants and parks as well as an easy drive to Seattle. Nice washer/dryer with all you need for laundry. Quiet, walkable neighborhood. There is also a public turf soccer field that my boys enjoyed right next to the house.

It was clean and there is a washer-dryer so it was easy to do our own laundry. The lake view was beautiful from the living room and the bedroom. Besides being very comfortable we appreciated the neighborhood and how quiet it was. We will be coming to the area a few times a year so we will check this place first. Our host was always available to answer questions. He was very helpful and available through the VERBO app. It was a pleasure to stay here and midst a challenging situation we were dealing with - it provided a peaceful and comfortable place to relax and recharge in the evenings. We are recommending this place to other family members who may be coming to visit in the future.
