3 Nights in Paso Robles

Wonderful house - we were 4 couples and a single person and everyone had their own bedroom and on-suite bath. The property is amazing - and the views are stunning! The host and manager were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice size and location, though house needs maintenance

House is large, private, and clean but needs some maintenance and repairs. Spa did not work at all, very poor water pressure in showers, and kitchen sink was clogged so could not do dishes.

Great location and great view

Owner Review The home has a wonderful floorplan and worked perfectly for our group. I did message following our stay to express our disappointment there were so many broken amenities such as: pool filter, ice maker, air conditioner needed to have the owner/staff adjust as the dial was not explained to us, microwave, bocce area, outdoor BBQ area… I would suggest if you plan to rent the home moving forward, you take the home off VRBO and make the adjustments to the home so you can get glowing reviews and return guests. I had communicated after leaving the property that I think it would be reasonable to offer a 500 credit for the inconvenience and did not hear back. I find this unprofessional to not get a response, as I have taken the time to offer thoughtful feedback. Hope you consider updating the amenities… regardless, we are a fun family and had a wonderful time. Public reviewOur family enjoyed our stay in Paso Robles. We were there to celebrate my granddaughter’s graduation from Cal Poly, and this was the perfect gathering space and easy drive to campus.The home can absorb a group with seating and ample outdoor space. The rooms are spacious, clean and each room has an ensuite bathroom which was great.The pool was a huge bonus; although the filter needed to run consistently to keep clean. I have suggested the owner repair the amenities that were out of order (outdoor grill area, microwave, ice maker).

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback — we’re truly glad to hear your family enjoyed the home’s layout, spaciousness, and that it served as a great gathering space for your granddaughter’s graduation. Congratulations again to her! We do want to address the concerns you raised. Some of the items mentioned, such as the ice maker, are known issues and were disclosed to guests prior to arrival. As for the air conditioning system, it is operated via a Nest thermostat with a touch panel on the side, and we provided an in-person explanation of how to use it during check-in with your group. While we hadn’t met Gerald directly, we did meet and walk through everything with his daughter. The microwave unfortunately failed just the day before your arrival, and we did not have sufficient time to replace it before your stay. We understand that was an inconvenience and apologize for the timing. Regarding your message after checkout, we’re sorry if there was any delay or oversight in responding. We always strive to communicate clearly and promptly with our guests, and it’s never our intent to come across as unprofessional. Your feedback is appreciated and has been taken seriously. We’re actively addressing the items you've mentioned, including the outdoor grill area and bocce court, as part of our regular maintenance and improvement plans.
