Discover Crow Peak Cabin, in the heart of Spearfish! This charming 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom property offers a peaceful escape with a comfortable king-size bed and all the comforts of home. Nestled in a cute tiny home neighborhood, you're just minutes from local shops, dining, and scenic Spearfish Canyon. Perfect for couples or solo travelers, in need of a relaxing stay. Unwind and enjoy the best of Spearfish from this inviting home.
This beautiful cabin is perfect for a getaway. You will have everything you need for your stay at our cozy cabin. You are across the street from Crow Peak Brewery, Guadalajara's, and minutes from everything spearfish has to offer.
Space: Enjoy Wi-Fi, Heat and AC from the whisper quiet mini splits, Real wood floors, and more!
Living room and kitchen with 65" smart tv, table for two,
Bathroom: 48" Walk in Tiled Shower, 48" Vanity
Bedroom: King size bed, 10" Foam mattress, Washer and Dryer, 50" TV.
Neighborhood:
Quiet, with other vacation houses and long term houses on a dead end street. There is a creek that runs along the front and behind the property April-September behind the house.
*We allow up to two dogs only. Pet fee applicable, There is a one-time pet fee of $75. No cats. Please message me for details.*
Parking: There are spaces directly in front of the house along with overflow parking for trailers or extra cars in two spaces on the property.
You will have access to the whole house minus the cleaning closet.
We are available 24-7 by phone. We live closeby and when we are away we make sure there is someone who is available to physically go to a property for emergencies.
House Rules
As your Host, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our cozy home while keeping the property safe and in good condition for the owner.
Smoking:
No Smoking or aerosolized substance of any kind is allowed on the property. If you are caught violating this rule within 25' of the structure a minimum of $250 fine will be charged and the guest will be liable for the total smoke mitigation charges that a professional company charges.
Pets:
This house is pet-friendly with a one-time pet fee of $75. We allow up to 2 dogs as long as they are fully potty trained, will stay off of the bed and couch, and will not be in the house alone unless kenneled. Additional pet fees will be incurred if there is damage or extra cleaning due to the pet. Dog waste must be disposed of or fees will apply. Also, furry feline friends are lovely but unfortunately, we do not accept cats.
Quiet Hours:
Please be respect the neighborhood and keep noise under a normal conversation in volume after 9pm and before 7am.
General Damages:
Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. All damages or missing items occurring during your stay will need to be paid for by you before departure. Cleaners check for damages and any missing items after each stay. Any damages or missing items can and will be billed to the guest.
Fire Prevention and Safety:
Please do not leave any electrical appliances switched on when they are not in use, or when you are leaving for the day. This includes space heaters, air conditioners, fans, hair curlers/straighteners and
portable device chargers.
Other:
The space you are booking is for up to 3 people. More than three people are allowed in the home but not recommended.
No one is allowed in the home not already specified before starting stay.
Consumables:
We may leave consumables such as coffee and small snacks for you to enjoy. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.
Parties:
If guests are found to have had a party without host permission guests will be responsible for any extra cleaning charges and Guests will be asked to vacate immediately.
Crime and Drugs:
If guests are suspected of breaking laws or storing/selling/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and guests will be asked to leave immediately.
Cleaning:
Please hang your towels, take the trash out to the outdoor garbage can, and wash your dishes. We will handle everything else. We handle it however if your party leaves the property in poor condition at the sole discretion of JAckie we may charge additional cleaning fees. This is based on the average condition that a guest leaves the property.
Security and Safety: We strive to provide a safe and secure home. We would stay at this property every day and any time of the day happily. However we do not guarantee security or safety, this is up to you the guest to decide that.
Your cleaning fee covers the cost to disinfect the property between guests, laundry wash/dry/placement, staging the property as it was, cleaning bathrooms, floors, hard surfaces, etc. It does NOT cover excessive cleaning, damage to the property, damaged linens, furniture, gouges in flooring, broken items, or other extraneous items.
Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community, not a hotel, please be respectful of the property and our neighbors.
