This welcoming cottage in Tool on Cedar Creek Reservoir Lake offers a peaceful retreat for guests. With 2 queen beds spread across 2 cozy bedrooms, this home provides a serene space for relaxation. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like central AC / heat, WiFi, washer/dryer, full kitchen with coffee maker, outdoor grill and Blackstone Griddle, fire area and use of 2 kayaks during your stay. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with showers, complementary shampoo, conditioner, bath soap and hair dryers for your comfort and convenience. Experience the magic of Tool at our charming house with great lake views. Enjoy morning coffee and evening drinks on the large deck.

Equipped with 2 single-person kayaks, (with 2 adult life jackets), in a protected canal, off a large cove just off the main lake. Dock is in calm water which eases the onboarding of kayaks.

Other outdoor features: Outdoor fire box with chairs, charcoal grill, large deck with tables, chairs, umbrellas and private dock. Cast a line from the dock or venture out onto the water. Cedar Creek Reservoir is known for its abundance of bass and crappie, making it a fisherman’s paradise. Many fishing competitions are held here.

2 Queen bedrooms with overhead and ambient lighting, ceiling fans, and bedside tables feature USB ports and plugs. In one bedroom, enjoy 42" Roku TV, attached bath, wireless phone charging. The secondary bedroom is close to the second bathroom. One Queen roll-away bed. One Queen convertable sofa.

Feel like cooking? The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, bakeware and utensils, even a waffle maker. Filtered water available inside refrigerator for refilling your water bottles. Coffee maker has carafe or ability to make single cup. The dining area has a nice view of the lake

Feel like relaxing? The living room features 2 cozy, sofas, a 65 inch smart Roku TV, a game area that includes chess/checker board and other games to enjoy during your stay.

Figs Steak House: Enjoy a top dining experience at Figs Steak House, (by reservation) just 5 minutes away. Amazing world class food you would normally only be able to enjoy in the big city.
