• Parking: Garage parking for up to two vehicles. One assigned parking space is included, plus one additional unassigned space available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking passes are provided and must be displayed while parked.

• Stairs: Stairs are required to access this condo.

• Community Amenities: Community amenities are managed by the HOA. Availability, hours, and maintenance schedules may vary.

• WiFi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' mountain location, internet speeds, reliability, and cellular service can vary and may occasionally be unavailable.

• Laundry: Coin-operated laundry facilities are available within the community.

• Gear Storage: A dedicated storage closet is available for skis, snowboards, and mountain gear.

• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Evidence of a pet during your stay or after checkout will result in an additional cleaning fee.

• Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed.

• Local Construction: Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing ongoing road work and new development throughout the area. Construction activity and related noise are outside of our control, and refunds will not be issued for disturbances associated with local construction.
