The spacious home is single level (only three internal steps separate the two wings of the house) and has been designed to provide all the comforts to make your stay enjoyable. The floor plan divides the house into two accomodation wings to suit large families, extended families, two families or small group stays.

The highlight of the property is the extensive outdoor entertaining deck. It features an eight person spa, large 4 burner BBQ (with side burner) and a unique fish cleaning table. The outdoor chairs and sun lounges are the perfect spot to enjoy the sun during the day or to star gaze at night.

The property features five bedrooms (one king bedroom, three queen bedrooms and a bunk room) and can accomodate up to 12 people. All bedrooms are spacious and feature reverse cycle heating and cooling.

The spacious main bathroom is located in the front wing of the house and features a seperate shower and bath tub.

At the heart of the house is a large open plan living/dining/kitchen area that is framed on one side by a wall of north facing windows, showering in beautiful natural light and showcasing the property's sweeping countryside views. The area features reverse cycle heating and cooling. During the cooler months, a wood burning fire provides extra warmth and creates a lovely ambiance. The large dining table, in the centre of the open plan area, comfortably seats up to 10 people.

The fully equipped entertainer's kitchen includes a dishwasher, large 900mm oven and Nespresso capsule coffee machine. The kitchen features a large stone island bench that comfortably seats six people.

The laundry is fully equipped, including a washing machine and dryer, making it convenient for longer stays.
