Unwind in New Orleans at this pleasant apartment. This 500 square foot space features a large bedroom with sitting area and a fantastic living room with a comfy sofa bed. Located steps from Magazine St. This is the premier dining and shopping area in New Orleans. There are 15+ restaurants and 7 coffee shops within four blocks.

Shops include art galleries, high fashion and gift shops.

There is a brewery bus which stops at Port Orleans Brewery (3 block walk) and travels along the Tchoupitoulas St. brewery row.

Tipitina's music club is a short walk.

We look forward to hosting you at our place. We provide folding chairs for festivals and Mardi Gras.

Home was clean and comfortable. Location was great just off of the best part of Magazine Street. Appreciated being able to park in the driveway-a big cost savings compared with New Orleans hotels! Hope to return in the future.

We loved our stay! It's so close to Magazine St and all of the amazing restaurants. Our host was very responsive. This unit has its own parking spot, which a blessing! We will definitely try to book here again.

Perfect place for a weekend in New Orleans! The host was very thoughtful about amenities from a bottle of wine to providing a suit jacket on case it was needed for a restaurant. We’ll definitely be back next time we come to New Orleans!

A wonderful space, just the right size and only a block away from the best street in New Orleans. We've lived in Nola and visited many times, this space is perfect for a quick visit and the location is unbeatable, just a block from Magazine street and wonderful shops like Peaches, Fleutry Girl, and all the restaurants. We'd love to stay here in the future.

We enjoyed our stay with Brian. The accommodations were perfect and it was a great location for us to utilize the bus and the street car. Brian was very helpful and met all our expectations. Perfect place to enjoy Magazine Street area

Brian was a great host and the apartment was wonderful with a comfortable bed. Magazine street was one block away. The neighborhood is full of pretty houses and easily walkable to many restaurants and bars. Would recommend this stay as perfect!

We had an AMAZING stay! Brian was a phenomenal host- went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and was super quick to respond to any messages. We were in New Orleans moving my granddaughter home from Tulane for the summer. This property was perfect for us. It was very clean and comfortable. The host was so hospitable and very accessible. Parking was never a problem but we had only one car. If there were more, there might have been a shortage of spaces. It’s not for those who want to cook, there isn’t a stove or oven but there is a microwave and a coffee pot. With all of the good restaurants close by, who would want to cook anyway. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

Best host ever

Brian was very thoughtful, helpful, friendly, and made us feel very welcome. I will absolutely stay at his place again next I’m in town! The listing is in a quiet, clean, nice part of town, walking distance from many shops and restaurants.

We loved our stay at this cozy spot right off Magazine Street! The property was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location—walkable to great restaurants, shops, and everything we wanted to explore. Despite being close to the action, it was quiet and peaceful at night, which we really appreciated.It was also awesome that they allow dogs—our girl Mercedes (aka Cede) had the best time! Plenty of spots to walk and explore nearby, and she felt right at home.Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!Thanks for accommodating us!

Perfect Stay

Amazing and communicative host. Offered beer and even got us almond milk! The space was exactly as described, extremely clean, and had everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable. The area was steps away from restaurants and stores and yet was super quiet at night. Perfect location to get around NOLA. I would 100% stay here again.
