Stylish small private home steps away from vibrant Freret Street, the trendy uptown hotspot filled with restaurants, shops, and bars. 10 minute walk to St. Charles where you will find famous restaurants, the street car, and Mardi Gras Parades. Also walking distance to Tulane and Loyola. Only a 10 minute drive to downtown and the French Quarter.

About the Space:
This charming and cozy house is in a great location central to all popular parts of New Orleans. It is a small one bedroom/one bath home that is perfect for a couple or a solo traveler. It features one bedroom with a queen bed and small closet, a living area with a full kitchen, and one bathroom with a beautiful shower/bath and stacked washer/dryer. (Not pictured in the bedroom is a 5 drawer dresser and smart tv).

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to all pictured spaces in the listing. This is a private home not connected to another building. The outdoor space consists of front porch in the photos (no backyard on the property). Parking is on the street feet from the door.

Great location with several local places to eat and drink. There is a bus stop within a block or so, so if you use public transportation, it's super convenient, too. The accommodations were perfect for my stay. Paul was great to deal with and responded promptly when I had questions.

Highly recommend this place, great communication from owner, excellent location with restaurants walkable right nearby, vibrant Freret street 1 block away, comfortable bed, everything you need! Modern and comfortable, just a 20 minute walk to Tulane campus.

Comfortable Digs in a Desirable Neighborhood

Can’t say enough good about this place. Cute cottage surrounded by restaurants and coffee shops. Place is clean and comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet and an easy walk to St Charles Ave.

Great quiet location

Great spot to stay away from the bustle but still an easy walk to the streetcar. One block from coffee shops and a grocery store too. The property owner was very responsive and allowed us to leave our bags before and after check-in times which was a lifesaver.

Early check in was available & host is very open & communicative. Only note: make sure you HOLD the door closed while you push the “lock” button- or it will open & the deadbolt engages with it open. Beautiful space & furnishings, parking right at the door

Great Getaway

We were very impressed with this little house. It is very nice and close to many activities, restaurants, and shopping. The only concern we had is that the door lock is electronic and there is no way to lock it from the inside. Otherwise it was perfect.

This house was absolutely perfect for your time in NOLA!!!! Paul made our stay soooooo easy and pleasant!! It was the most coziest home away from home!! We landed in NOLA at 9:45 and by 1:30 I had a message from Paul stating the house was ready for check in!! We can not wait to come back!

Highly Recommend

The neighborhood was quiet and close to several restaurants and a grocery store. The house came equipped with anything you would need. Parking is just a few steps away from the house. I felt safe and comfortable just like being at home.

Awesome Experience!

The property was just what we needed for a short weekend trip away. Unbeknownst to us it is within walking distance of a quaint little street with multiple shops and food choices where we walked around and enjoyed ourselves. It was perfect! We will definitely be back soon! :-)

Great little place for a single or couple. One of the most convenient places to stay in NOLA as well. Everything you need is just around the corner and it’s really quiet. Really clean. Parking in front of house is no problem.

A Pleasant Stay

The home was as advertised. It’s tiny, but was all we needed (for 2 people). It was clean and well-appointed. The AC cranks out the cold air, which is a welcome relief in steamy New Orleans. Communication with host was clear and easy. Great location- near many restaurants and shops. Would recommend.
