The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. The location is wonderful, walking distance to the Plaza and many restaurants. The view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful, right across from the ocean. The condo was very clean. I highly recommend this location.

This space worked so well for our family trip! It was central to the areas we wanted to go. Completely loved the breeze off the ocean which was amazing! We watched baby sea turtles make their way to the ocean from our balcony. Supplying the beach towels was a perk we were thankful for. Super secure as well.

The view from the balcony was amazing. We loved sitting out there listening to the waves crashing. The area was a bit difficult to navigate, but it worked out. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there.

Wonderful location with beautiful ocean views and breezes. It was nice to be able to walk right out to the ocean and local bars and restaurants. I also loved how close it was to El Yunque and the ferries to the other islands. Checkin was contactless and seamless. Highly recommend

Great location in the very down to earth of Luquillo that I have loved every time I have visited You can't beat the view from the balcony. I definitely fell asleep on the couch one night until 3am just listening to the waves from the surfer's beach out front. Easy walk to a calmer section of beach to swim, great coffee, breakfast or drinks at the shipping containers next door. We didn't use the pool, I am an ocean baby. Easy drive to El Yunque so I could walk my botanist friend around the trails early before the crowds.

Communication from the host was good. There were a lot of keys to figure out and the door stop on the front door kept falling down (making it hard to close the door). The condo was exactly as described- beachfront view, bedrooms were as listed, photos and items provided were as listed. Having parking spaces available for the rental car made things easier and the variety of restaurants within walking distance was nice. We also went to the laundromat during our stay; which was a 2 minute drive from the condo. House is really close to Luquillo beaches, el Yunque and a reasonable drive to San Juan. If you like waves, just go out to the surfer beach in front of the condo… the others are calm, with more amenities and therefore more people. Other than the door stop/key issues, the only thing we couldn’t get to work was the TV when we wanted to watch the World Cup or NBA finals games. Luckily there were nearby bars broadcasting the games. Overall, the place was a good location at a reasonable price.

We loved our stay here. The host gave perfect instructions for checking in. The property was safe and secure and in a great location for walking everywhere, not to mention perfectly situated with awesome views of the beach. There are lits of restaurants nearby to walk to and it is within walking distance to the grocery store. The condo itself was perfect for our party of 6. It had everything we needed to cook meals, sleep comfortably and again, the views from the balcony were so good! Beach chairs, coolers and boogie boards were provided. Everything was clean and modern. Would definitely stay again!

Great Stay on Playa La Pared

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo is right on the water so beach views and access are awesome! The area had some great restaurants and due to being around the Easter holidays there were parties/concerts every night. Driving around can be an issue when crowded though as many park on the streets and then they become one way. The keys are a bit of a nuisance as you need them to get in and out of all doors within the property so we had to be strategic about who had the keys when coming and going.

Great condo, beautiful views a

This condo is wonderful. It is exactly as advertised. Communication with the owner was great although we did not need anything because the condo had everything! The views are as advertised and walking on this beach in the mornings or watching the surfers is absolutely wonderful. You do not want to swim here, but it is mesmerizing nonetheless. It is close to what you want to do and some nice little restaurants. It gave a bit of an uneasy feeling from the gate side of the building and did feel a bit like you may not want to venture out in the evenings even though lots of people did. The pool did not get cleaned during the time that we were here, so we did not use it. We had an amazing time and enjoyed everything about this condo and the surrounding town and it’s beaches. I would stay here again if we came back.

Best views ever!

We had such a wonderful experience. The most beautiful views! Large balcony! The breeze, when you open, the door is sensational!Three good size bedrooms, and plenty of space and very clean! They do not supply any shampoos soap, etc. Nor do they have enough of the warm blankets. But only those two cons. It is very very safe. And you will love to people watch. This is a popular place that people exercise and you will see horses on the beach with lots of surfers. There is a con for small children for swimming. You will have to walk to the larger beach area for them to swim. of Wee
