Our spacious 2-bedroom+loft accommodates up to 6 guests, perfect for couples, adult getaways, or tranquil retreats. The home features:

GUEST ACCESS:
Rental includes the entire upper two levels of the house, with its own entrance and private living space. The main floor features a private deck overlooking the backyard and stunning views of the Olympics and Green River Valley, while the upper-level rooms face east toward horse pastures and mountain foothills. We live in a separate MIL apartment in the daylight basement below, which has its own private entrance and is completely independent from the rental above.

PLEASE READ PET RULES BEFORE BOOKING. If you are staying with pets, please make sure you’ve read and are comfortable with all pet rules (under Policies). We want very much for all guests to enjoy the property with their pets, but unfortunately, past damage caused by guests who disregarded the rules has made it harder for us to maintain this pet-friendly arrangement for others.
Note: We will consider more than one pet on a case-by-case basis.

EV CHARGING:
We have a 220V, 50-amp outlet available for electric vehicle charging! Here's what you'll need to bring:
• Level 2 Charging Cable (J1772 connector) – You’ll need to bring your own charging cable to use the outlet. Most EVs are compatible with the J1772 connector, but please make sure to confirm with your vehicle.
• Tesla Drivers – If you’re driving a Tesla, please bring a J1772 to Tesla adapter (unless your vehicle is already equipped with one). This will allow you to charge via our outlet.

EV CHARGING RATE: With our 220V, 50-amp outlet, most electric vehicles will charge at a rate of around 25 to 30 miles of range per hour of charging, depending on the vehicle's battery size and the car's onboard charging capabilities.

EV CHARGE TIME ESTIMATES: For a full charge, it typically takes about 8 to 12 hours, but this can vary. For example:
• A Tesla Model 3 (standard range) might take about 6-8 hours for a full charge.
• A Chevy Bolt could take around 9-11 hours to charge fully.
