-No smoking anywhere on the property. This includes vaping and e-cigs. If you need to smoke, please walk at least 50 feet away from the house, and be sure to properly dispose of any cigarette butts
-No drug use or other illegal activity (marijuana included).
-Please take care not to block our neighbors` driveways or mailboxes
-Please also keep noise levels to a minimum by observing quiet hours after 10 PM
-Please remove shoes in the house

🐾 Pet Policy

We’re happy to welcome your furry companions! To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and to maintain the high standards of our home, please review our pet policy below:

Pet Fee
• A $100 pet fee per stay applies.
• This fee will be automatically added to your reservation when you include your pet at the time of booking.
• Pets must be disclosed during booking.

House Rules for Pets
• Please pick up after your pet at all times, both inside and outside the property.
• Pets should not be left unattended in the condo unless properly kenneled.
• We kindly ask that pets stay off beds and furniture unless you bring protective coverings.

Cleaning Policy
• If our cleaning team must pick up pet waste after your stay, an additional $15 cleaning charge will be applied.

Place is a dump

in a not great neighborhood (home Nextdoor is boarded up), grass was dead, bushes overgrown, fence in backyard falling down. the inside had a broken window ( as if a ball or rock when through it) and the property knew all these facts. She admitted to me her frustration and that said the owner was a “slumlord” I checked out the very next money and after multiple phone calls. They re-rented some of the nights but i received only half refund on this horrible place. VRBO is no help to get my money back and the property manager will not answer my text or phone calls.

I rented The Sugar Shack in Meridian Idaho for a Friday-Monday with a late checkout Monday. Got in at 1am Saturday and went to bed. When we got up Saturday morning we realized the carpet was gross and we wouldn’t walk on it barefoot. The toilet had issues flushing and there was a hole in front yard where it appeared they were working on plumbing. The backyard was not maintained and there was mold on the AC unit. The couches looked dirty also so wouldn’t sit on them. Reached out to host, Julie on Saturday morning who instantly replied with a thanks for staying response. Reached out immediately again and it took her over 3 hours for her to respond. We already left. We were there less than 12 hours. She did reimburse the late checkout but that was it. She was rude and denied everything. I stayed on it and contacted VRBO and they reimbursed the 71 fees to them. Julie and I went back and forth and she canceled my reservation herself on Sunday morning but refused to reimburse me even the one day. If she wasn’t reimbursing me then she had no right to cancel my reservation. She then admitted they went on Sunday and fixed the toilet and I Think put a couch cover on couch. Still rude and refusing to reimburse. I asked for at minimum the one day since she cancelled reservation not me or I’d be happier with half. But she refuses.Make sure to read reviews and question doing business with them. Also pics on website are a little different than home itself. They need updated pics.
