Enjoy a huge covered lanai, $300K in renovations & 10 ft high ceilings. Directly across from Waikiki Beach, enjoy gentle ocean waves, surfing, and beach-going, dining, shopping, and entertainment are just seconds away. Sip refreshing mai tais on an enormous balcony as you watch surfers ride perfect blue waves.

Centrally located and within walking distance to top-of-the-line shopping and attractions. Vacation in style and let your stresses melt away. Embrace Aloha the way it was meant to be; where luxury meets paradise.

The suite can accommodate 6-8 people. 1 extra large King in the master, 2 double beds (rather than standard twin) in the second bedroom, as well as a Queen sized sofa bed with sleeper PLUS a new Queen-sized wall bed in the living room. Enormous washer and dryer (5.5 cubic ft washer and 7.8 cubic foot dryer) in the suite for your convenience. Beach chairs, bodyboards, Play Station (PS4) with freely accessible games, etc, are available that guests are welcome to use. Playpen (with sleeper, lights, soothing vibrations) and high chair (with various adjustable positions) for children up to 24 months old. One Free parking included as long as the vehicle is less than approximately 6 feet tall. Free Wi-FI included. Central air conditioning. Welcome refreshments, goodies, and supplies provided.

Worry-free Booking- To ease the stress of traveling when within the non-refundable period, if you are unable to come to the suite, we are willing to forgo our usual booking policy and allow you to get a travel credit based on what gets rebooked (up to your original payment amount) over your original dates (minus a $150 administrative fee plus tax) for travel within 1 year. Trip insurance is not mandatory but is suggested for our guests.

Note there are steps to some amenities such as the pool, hot tub, and BBQ.

Mahalo for your review. We are glad you enjoyed your stay. It is an incredible view. Check-in is generally seamless, apologies for any misunderstanding by the valet who somehow had a delay in receiving your reservation which is not the usual experience, though it was sorted quickly. As for check-out, that is the time that was agreed on the listing as cleaners generally need the time to clean this large suite thoroughly. However, you did have the opportunity to get a temporary key and enjoy the 4th floor amenities after checking out of the suite. Safe travels.

Vacay of Lifetime

Stayed with my grown children and two grandsons. Loved the view. Plenty of spacious rooms. One review said it was smaller than expected so I was holding my breath. We felt it was quite soacious. Location is the best of many of my visits to Oahu.

Wonderful vacation

The condo was just like the pictures, very clean and recently updated. The ocean views are breathtaking. I would definitely recommend this property as a getaway. The valet staff are helpful and courteous. The property manager was a life saver and got us back into the property after checking out to retrieve my daughter’s wedding ring and other rings she left in the room!!! Highly recommend, didn’t want to leave!!

Amazing view of Waikiki and the bay

We were a group of 7 and we thought the unit had plenty of space (with 2 using the Murphy bed in the common area). Furnishings were tasteful (all as pictured) and the beds comfortable. The highlight was of course the view , especially from the lanai and the living room. It met and maybe exceeded expectations! Service at the entrance was excellent. We are not ones to choose valet parking, but the staff made it convenient and they were very friendly.

Great location, okay apartment

Loved the location. Check-in process was smooth. The apartment is a lot smaller than photos and price lead you to believe. Air conditioning did not reach the bedrooms well at all even when the common areas were at 68 degrees.

Aloha. We are glad you enjoyed your stay with the location and check in. This is a large penthouse suite, and priced competitively with the hotel building directly. As for the AC, given it is a large suite, there is the AC in the living room and there is a separate AC in the master bedroom, so the bedroom area does have AC. At least you know for next time in case you forgot about that or your son did not show you as the property manager showed that AC to your son. Safe travels.

The property was nice but not worth the added expense of "penthouse" prices. Besides being a longer elevator ride there was not much difference. We also paid essentially the price of an additional night to get early check in and due to a family emergency we didn't get into the room until 2 hours after the agreed upon time with no offer to compensate us. When asked for the 2 additional hours at the end, the allowed us to stay only 1.

Aloha. We appreciate your feedback as we want to ensure a great guest experience. In terms of the value of the penthouse vs other suites, we would like to note features of the penthouse suite, among the most custom upgraded in the building with incredible panoramic mountain and direct oceanfront views. It has 10 foot ceilings in the living room. Special insulated windows were also installed in the bedrooms with the spectacular direct ocean and mountain views. The height helps makes the view more spectacular and panoramic, and you can see the fireworks on Friday nights from this suite. These are just some of the extra features of the penthouse on top of all the other wonderful features included. We are also competitive to other penthouse in the building. However, we understand everyone has different perspectives on value. We also want to deeply apologize once again for the delay in one of your check-ins (as you did come to stay in the penthouse twice, with the second check in time being unfortunately delayed). As you were informed, the delay was due to a family medical emergency that morning. We responded a little over an hour later to your message that the door code was not working, and got it reset in minutes, by about 9:30 AM . As for late check-out, we would have loved to accommodate a 2 hour late check out but the schedule that day unfortunately did not permit a full 2 hour extension, though we were able to provide an hour extra. Overall this place does match its description. The view from the outdoor seating area (the "Lanai") is stunning. The apartment is not large, but big enough, and in top-top condition. Everything is new, appliances are upgraded, and the kitchen is equipped with all you need. The owners thoughtfully include a complete set of equipment for the beach (which is directly across the street).Be aware that the bedroom air conditioning is very noisy when it runs. We got used to it, but if you are a light sleeper you might have a problem. The main room air conditioning is much quieter.When we arrived we found a supplemental agreement (an "acknowledgment") which they asked us to sign and fax. According to VRBO a supplemental agreement is OK, but only if presented at the time of booking, not later on. So I never signed it. There were only two of us, and we left the place just as we found it, so no issue on either side.If you have a rental car a be aware your map will probably take you to the wrong place to park. The streets in this area are one way and you can not get into the garage if you drive down Koa avenue. Instead, drive past the front of the building on Kalakaua Ave, then turn left on Lili'uokalani Ave. The entrance is right there.Once you get to the garage all is good. The staff are responsive and polite and get your car quickly when you want it. The building itself has some nice amenities such as a pool and workout room.
