This lake front beauty boasts panoramic lake views from almost every room and truly emphasizes the beauty of Lake Michigan. Sunset Haven is located just north of Downtown South Haven and is ready to welcome up to 12 guests with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. With its two story vaulted ceilings, the home has high-end finishes including a stunning kitchen and top of the line appliances along with a spacious deck, grill, bonfire pit, hot tub and tram access down to a private community beach.



The Space:

Escape to Sunset Haven, the ideal Lake Michigan retreat. Beckoning you with a warm smile as you enter the circle drive. Inside, the home welcomes you vaulted ceilings and picturesque views of Lake Michigan. Step out onto the deck for an evening grill out complete with the most vibrant sunset, then head down to the fire to toast up some s'mores. End the evening with unwinding in the hot tub while staring at the sky's reflection along the lake.

You will have access to the entire property. With our keyless entry,  you can enjoy a flexible check-in any time after the designated check-in time on your arrival date and guests can conveniently gain access via the smart lock.

Welcome to the vibrant town of South Haven!



Sunset Haven is situated at the very end of a quiet street and is a wonderfully peaceful retreat while still being only a 10 minute drive into town. Take a step back in time with this towns picturesque views from the downtown strip looking into the harbor where you'll see boats pull in and out from Lake Michigan. This "old timey" town is packed with cute shops and restaurants. From the classic fudge/ice cream parlors of western Michigan to wonderful sushi restaurants your palate is certain to be satiated with whatever you may desire. Forgot your sweater for those breezy nights? Pick up some apparel from one of the many shops on the strip.



Head outdoors and be instantly filled with the woodsy paradise that surrounds the area. Take a bike ride or stroll down the famous Kal-Haven Trail. Connecting Kalamazoo and South Haven, this 35 mile trail is said to be one of the best in Michigan. With its smooth terrain and gorgeous views it earns this title very easily. Looking for a little adrenaline rush? Rent an ATV and take to the trails in a more invigorating way or take to the water with a memorable sunset sailing experience.

Bring your furry friends along on your next vacation! Please let us know in advance if you're bringing your pets with you. We happily welcome up to two dogs on our premises. A dog guest fee charge of $145 will apply (emotional support included and feline friends are prohibited).

Outdoor furniture may be winterized from December - Memorial Day Weekend. This is winter dependent.



Given the exclusivity of this community we ask that you do not cross over into the private property of our neighbors to the north. When exiting the property out of the sliding doors you can head south(left) on the dirt road and that will take you to the tram/stairway to the beach down below.



The city of Casco Township allows only 4 cars to be parked on the property. If there are more than 4 cars in your party, please park off site in a public parking lot and carpool/shuttle in to avoid any fines from the city.



All Upscale Lakeshore vacation rentals follow local and state tax rules. Your booking will include applicable taxes, a cleaning fee along with a safety and damage protection policy. We want to ensure the safety and security of our guests and properties. When you book a vacation home with us, you will be required to sign a rental agreement after booking along with completing a verification process. To complete the verification, you will be contacted via email and/or text message. Please be sure to complete this before your arrival, so we can confirm your reservation. Prior to booking, please reach out to us directly if you would like to see the rental agreement.



We recommend securing travel insurance to protect your investment should you need to cancel your reservation outside of the allotted window or due to inclement weather or any other factor.
