Welcome to your Peaceful Mountain Retreat! Nestled among towering trees, this fully renovated home in 2024, offers the perfect blend of comfort and nature. Enjoy breathtaking Rocky Mountain views from the front and stunning valley views from the back, all from the comfort of your private covered patio/deck, with plenty of comfortable seating. Play Corn Hole or Croquet in the shade of the towering trees. Watch friendly robins from the back patio furniture.

Inside, you’ll find a newly renovated stylish, open-concept design featuring two cozy living rooms, a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, and a farmhouse sink, LED Accent color changing lighting, and a 70” TV—ideal for relaxing after a day of adventure. The home boasts three beautifully furnished bedrooms for restful nights, plus a hide-a-bed couch, sleeping for 8. Two modern bathrooms. One tub and one walk-in shower.

Located just 6 miles from world-class ski resorts and 7 miles from Historic 25th Street’s vibrant restaurant and shopping district, you’ll have the best of both adventure and convenience. Hiking trails are right outside your door, and Pineview Reservoir is just 9 miles away for summer fun. Plus, you’re near Golden Spike National Park and on the scenic route to Yellowstone National Park, and Lagoon Amusement Park.

The entire house was very clean and updated. It was very easy to get to. Our grand daughter enjoyed her 2nd birthday party there. The beds were very comfortable and we received good night sleeps!

Wonderful home with a lot of space to spend time together! Beds were very comfortable, including pull out. Well equipped with all necessities, plus more! We enjoyed the games and outside space. Great, safe, quiet location close to shopping, dining and entertainment. Very kind and responsive host! We did not ski during our stay. Loved the view out of the big window.

Geeat location with shops and restaurants nearby. Great set up for my family. Well appointed with comfortable furnishings and beds. Easy to access and great communication with property management. Only minor drawback is the main bathroom showerhead is a little low and there is a light fixture in the kitchen that you must dodge if you are 6'4" plus.

Family enjoyed it. I didn’t catch that there were live-in caretakers in the basement apartment. It was a bit of a surprise. But otherwise, great place to stay.

The property was great, we were in town for an event at the Golden Spike Event Center and it was a quick easy drive to there. The house was beautifully decorated, very comfortable and well stocked. During our stay we enjoyed a game of cornhole and a nice walk around the neighborhood in the evening. Nice quiet, friendly neighborhood. Check in and out was about as easy as I think it could get. This was our first time renting a house instead of a hotel so I was a bit worried but we would definitely love to stay here again next year. There is also a very nice backyard with deck but it was so hot during our stay that we didn't get a chance to enjoy it.

Excellent Property

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. We moved from the North Ogden area recently and came back to visit family over Christmas. I was so grateful that Janet gave us permission to have family members coming and going from the property. The house is completely renovated and beautiful on the inside. And, absolutely clean! That is a big deal to me, and this property did not disappoint. It was cold and wet, so we didn't venture outside, but there is a lovely deck and backyard. We would (and probably will) stay here again.
