Welcome and make yourself at home in this 6-bedroom Greers Ferry Lake retreat, featuring a walk path to the lake and a breathtaking outdoor covered balcony with a direct lake view! The master suite has an adjustable, king size bed, and an oversized chair with ottoman, and the master bath has a stand alone shower and soaker tub. Also on the main floor, there are two queen bedrooms. Downstairs you will find a large game room with pool table, shuffleboard table, dartboard, bar/kitchenette, large sofa, large flat screen tv with surround sound, with a door that walks straight out to the pool that overlooks the lake. Also, downstairs is a bunk room that has two full over queen bunks, a single queen bed, and two additional queen bedrooms. There are 6 total bathrooms featuring luxurious amenities that will leave guests feeling pampered during their stay. Whether you're relaxing in the spacious living areas or enjoying the fresh air around the fire pit (fire wood provided), this quaint retreat is the perfect place to unwind. House is equipped with high-speed, fiber-optic wireless Internet! Lakefront Road has a community boat launch available to residence and guests. Experience peace and tranquility with easy access to the water by pulling your boat up and tying off on the flat shoreline. Fall in love with this pure beauty and enjoy the magic it has to offer. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THE POOL! If allowed, there will be an additional $500 charge!

Our family group of 20-ish members loved the property and found plenty to do to occupy kids and adults alike between toys, the pool, and the lake access at this beautiful property. This was a great spot for a reunion and would recommend it to everyone. Owners were responsive and easy to work with.

The home was beautiful and so comfortable.Host is excellent everything we needed was available. Check in was great. Could not have asked for a better place to celebrate retirement with my family. It is right on the lake. Plenty to do rain or shine. Highly recommend this place.

We had the best time this past week. The house accommodated our group of 15 no problem. Everyone aged 4-72 had a great time. We fished (even catching two), swam in the pool and lake, paddled around, played so many games. Communication was excellent! I can’t recommend this place enough. We will hopefully be coming again next year!

Relax to the max

This place was so beautiful and perfect for our family gathering. The sound of the water rushing to the bank was so peaceful from the back yard. The kids loved the game room. A very well furnished and relaxing get a way.

Had a great time with extended family. Spacious, yet homey atmosphere. Game room great for the teenagers. Outdoor area was fun for all. Host was very responsive. We would definitely go again.

Summer trip

The house was very clean and well stocked with what we needed for our stay. Rhonda was easy to communicate with and responded in a timely manner. Our only complaint was that the pool was not cleaned before our arrival, and didn't get done until the day before we left.

Rigsbee once in a lifetime reunion!

My family rarely has the opportunity to get together, so when we were looking for a place to accommodate our large family! This property seemed perfect. Everything was great! The location was amazing, and house was beautiful. There was something for everyone! Some of us fished, some swam in the pool, others watched movies, etc! The house had everything we needed to make amazing memories! We would love to come back!

Such a beautiful home with so many great perks! The pool is amazing, especially at night! There was something for everyone! We played darts, pool, shuffleboard, PacMan. We loved the speaker system! We all love music, so that definitely added to our enjoyment! It was a great stay overall!
