Sleeper sofa can be used as a sofa or additional bed; dining chairs are foldable and can be used as desk chair for work desk or stowed to make more space. Kindly note that this space is comfortable for 2 guests, but sleeps 4 max.

BED/BATH
This unit includes a queen size bed (sleeps 2 guests), full size sleeper sofa (sleeps 2 guests), and full bath with standing shower.

Building has 24/7 security, elevators and attached, secured garage.

PARKING
This home does NOT come with parking. Paid parking is offered based on availability by the attached garage for a daily fee of approximately $40/day.
