With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Babas on Cannon, Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.



Getting Around:

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.



Other Things to Note:

Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

We had a fabulous day for the weekend. The property is located right on King Street, but is still not too loud. It gave the teens in our group the freedom to be able to wonder Charleston on their own. It is extremely clean and well pointed. Beautiful property. The outdoor areas are special. We could spend the evenings out on the deck playing cards. We will definitely stay here when we come back to Charleston soon.

What a great place!

This was the perfect place for my husband, 18 year old son and me to stay for the weekend. We were visiting one of my other sons that lives in a small house there. We were able to keep our car in the parking garage most of the time and just walk to many dining and shopping spots. We loved having the outside rooftop area to hang out in the evenings. The host was always very helpful and quick to respond to questions. We will stay there again in the future!

Amenities could be a little better -- mainly more than 1 towel per guest for almost a full week and perhaps an actual shampoo dispenser in the bathroom. Beds super comfortable. Walkable location and Babas is awesome to have nearby. We live in Boston, so the noise from the bars around the building didn't bother us, and honestly we couldn't hear anything inside our condo. I will say that the listing does sugarcoat the noise a little by saying "on King Street", in the sense you can literally see the bar patio and TVs from the condo door. It's a little more than on a busy street. Traveling with kids we never used the King Street entrance. The elevator off the back of the building was super helfpful!
