190 St. Philip Street is a traditional Charleston home located just one block to King Street. The main floor has an open living room adjoining the bright kitchen complete with open shelving and a custom banquet. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with king beds, each with their own ensuite. Just off the front porch is an open patio for relaxing after a full day of shopping and exploring downtown Charleston. 190 St. Philip Street is in a wonderful location just steps to Browns Court Bakery, The Warehouse, and multiple local boutique shops. Within a thirty-minute walk of 190 St. Philip Street you can visit the Battery, Charleston's Open-Air Market, King Street's finest shops, and dine in any of downtowns astounding restaurants. The place was not as new as advertised. It was a little worn and banged up. Sheets and duvets were polyester. We had several cockroaches which the host called palmetto bugs and an extermintaor needed to come in while we were there. Keurig broke and a replacement was left inside the door in original box and we had to set it up. Massive construction project nearby- wide awake before 7am everyday. Will not stay here again. Host was responsive, but not apologetic.

We had a wonderful time at your home! A perfect location to the Food & Wine Festival where it was just a short walk. Would definitely recommend and perfect for 2 couples! The space accommodates more but we liked the privacy of not having someone in the living area. Very nice and we will be back!

The house was very clean. Had some problems with the TV, that was handled. The upstairs bathroom to the right going up the stairs a leak in the sink. The house was well equipped. The morning traffic was noisy. The patio outside was a nice place to have coffee in the morning.

Perfect stay from start to finish

This property was wonderful! The house is clean, modern, and well maintained - just a block from all the excitement on King Street. While it's slightly farther north, we had no trouble walking or catching a quick ride to wherever we needed to go. The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating, even over a holiday weekend. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area!

Wonderful Getaway

My husband, 2 teenagers and I stayed at this VRBO for a long weekend and we loved it! The location is perfect
close to the shops and restaurants on King St. also close to bagel and coffee shops for easy breakfast! The home was very clean and well appointed.

Girls trip

This was the perfect home for a Girls trip! It was super roomy and had the cutest aesthetic. And a bonus was the location!! We were able to walk to King Street and it was so convenient!

Weekend visiting College of Charleston

The condo was clean, well decorated, perfect location and excellent space. Loved having 2.5 bathrooms, as it was myself and my 18 & 21 year old young adults. There is a great wine/liquor store around the corner coffee shop,

Convenient location. Very comfortable for two couples. Well appointed. Good parking. Quibbles: - veranda door didn’t latch so had to keep it locked making it slightly inconvenient to enter from the street. - bathroom lighting was a bit dim for shaving

Great Location for Visiting Charleston

We had a lovely 3 night stay at this property. It's small but perfectly formed. Be aware there were lots of mosquitoes around the seating area so be prepared.

Great Stay in Charelston

My husband and I decided to vacation in Charelston for his birthday. We wanted to find a location that was walking distance to most things. The Guest House is perfectly located in the city and a quick uber ride to other places. It was nicely decorated and well accommodated. Great communication with the property manager, she responded and answered all of our questions. We will definitely be back in the future!

Great location for two couples

Cute property that has a great location. Perfect for two couples as it has two bedrooms with king sized beds. The beds were very comfortable. We stayed three nights. Many locations were walking distance. Property has two parking spaces but we only used one of them.We drove to our dinner locations that were mostly just over a mile away. Charleston has many parking garages, so parking was never a problem. We had a great time!

Convenient location

Cute historic property close to lots of venues... Restaurants, bars, historic sites. The free bus that runs through the historic part of town is a wonderful asset.The kitchen has adequate supplies.

Great little spot on St Phillips

Cute townhouse with adorable touches. Close to restaurants and very walkable to shopping. Easy parking and very accessible. It was cold and icy so we were unable to use the porch or outdoor furniture. Recommend coming in the warmer months! Enjoyed our stay.
