190 St. Philip Street is a traditional Charleston home located just one block to King Street. The main floor has an open living room adjoining the bright kitchen complete with open shelving and a custom banquet. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with king beds, each with their own ensuite. Just off the front porch is an open patio for relaxing after a full day of shopping and exploring downtown Charleston. 190 St. Philip Street is in a wonderful location just steps to Browns Court Bakery, The Warehouse, and multiple local boutique shops. Within a thirty-minute walk of 190 St. Philip Street you can visit the Battery, Charleston's Open-Air Market, King Street's finest shops, and dine in any of downtowns astounding restaurants. We just love this little house close to King Street! It was so cutely decorated, and the beds were super comfy! We love that there were lots of coffee mugs and wine glasses! The personal parking spot out front was absolutely perfect! Close to lots of restaurants and bars and a short walk to great shopping! We would most definitely return!

We absolutely loved our stay! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how spotless and beautifully maintained the home was. Everything was exceptionally clean, making us feel comfortable and right at home.The beds were some of the most comfortable we've ever slept in while traveling, and everyone in our group commented on how well they slept. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, relax, and enjoy our time together without ever feeling crowded.One of our favorite things about this property was the location. We loved being so close to King Street and were able to walk to most of the restaurants, shops, and attractions we wanted to visit. It made exploring Charleston so easy and enjoyable without having to drive everywhere. Having easy, convenient parking spaces available was the cherry on top and made coming and going completely stress-free.This home exceeded our expectations in every way and made our Charleston trip even more memorable. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, comfortable, and perfectly located place to stay. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Tiny Tassle and Happy Southerner, right around the corner from house, were great finds!So roomy and comfortable accommodations, with two king bedroom suites. Very retro decorations - loved the old fashioned refrigerator and toaster. Kitchen could use a baking pan and cookie sheet for baking. Otherwise the kitchen was well equipped. One of our guests was handicapped, so going up the steps was a little difficult. We weren’t aware that the bedrooms would be upstairs.

We had a wonderful time at your home! A perfect location to the Food & Wine Festival where it was just a short walk. Would definitely recommend and perfect for 2 couples! The space accommodates more but we liked the privacy of not having someone in the living area. Very nice and we will be back!

Great Location for Visiting Charleston

We had a lovely 3 night stay at this property. It's small but perfectly formed. Be aware there were lots of mosquitoes around the seating area so be prepared.
