Immaculée et récemment rénové la maison au bord du lac. Very Large front de mer paver patio avec marches à quai qui vous conduisent dans le lac fond de sable. Regardez par la fenêtre de la salle à manger et se sentir comme vous êtes sur la côte ouest en regardant une incroyable vue sur l'océan couchers de soleil.
Ceci est la luxueuse maison idéale pour des vacances en famille merveilleuse, avec la capacité de marcher 500 pieds dans le lac sans eau allant bien au-dessus de vos genoux. La plupart des familles ont choisi de faire ressortir quelques chaises et un pique-nique de l'eau avec les enfants, ou tout simplement avoir un verre de vin le soir tout en regardant le coucher de soleil à partir de votre trône d'eau.
Les attractions locales de plage comprennent un parc familial de loisirs, une multitude de restuarants et bars de plage, une variété de plage et des magasins d'antiquités, et le parc de village local (avec animation régulière), ainsi que le canal et le quai. La maison est à environ 15 minutes de Turning Stone Casino, le casino dispose de 2 terrains de golf PGA, 5 restaurants exceptionnels, 4 salles de soirée et des spectacles tout au long de l'année.



Pendant la saison estivale, nous louons un minimum de sept nuits.

The house and property were amazing. Sunsets are just beautiful and the patio area is fantastic. The layout is very nice and the views are perfect. It is on the water so be prepared for bugs when you are outside. Close to sylvan beach but far enough away that it is very peaceful. We loved our stay!

nice grad weekend retreat

Nice relaxing place to stay during the crazy busy Syracuse grad weekend. If it did not rain all weekend it would have been 100% more enjoyable out on that lovely deck.

This is our second year staying at this property and we loved it as much this year as we did last. The owners are very accommodating and helpful in the property is in a great location for us.

We had a wonderful family cottage week at this property. It has a massive patio, dock and small sandy beach area for kids. Very nice and private. Everything was very, very clean.

Beautiful spot, relaxing stay.

This is my third time at this property and it does not disappoint. The owners respond quickly and take care of you if something comes up. Located in a sweet small town with friendly people and some good food. I'm sure I will return a fourth time!

We loved our stay. It was perfect. Having an enclosed patio was perfect - kept our 2 year contained! The little beach was like having our own beach. We just booked for next year!

The bugs including spiders were everywhere...inside & out.We dealt with the bee's which were an issue for the entire townwe made the most of the long weekend.

Our trip was in early August. The lake itself is not the cleanest. There was a ton of muck and lake scum right out the back of the house. You can walk to the sand bars that are about 100 yards from the house but those are covered in bird poop. That's not the owners fault, just a review of the lake. Sylvan beach public area about 5 mins away that was much nicer to enjoy with the kids.The house itself was nice and description was accurate but do not rent this house if you don't like bugs. When we got into the house, there were multiple flies, bees and spiders on the first floor. All we did for the first 45 minutes was clean the walls, windows and vacuum. It was also impossible to keep them out of the house. Every room in the ceiling there were spiders somewhere. Every evening they would find their way in even with the doors closed. Sheets and pillow cases also had stains on them that we did not enjoy seeing. Had to do two loads of laundry right away when we got there. Ceiling fans can't be run on high because they swing and make noises, being held in by paper stuffed into the fixing. The outside of the house is covered in spiders and bees. Brown marks and spider webs on the siding and the windows. None of this ruined the trip for us but we would not have booked this house had we known.The back patio was great. That view at sunrise and sunset is amazing. The fireplace at night with the views were incredible. Just not the cleanest establishment to rent.

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful location. kitchen needs more pans/pots for cooking for larger family. Very few wine glasses. Just needs to be better equipped if guest cook dinner

Awesome family trip!

This property was a perfect family get away with my children and their families. Such a relaxing, roomy house with picture perfect views of the lake. The grandkids loved playing in the little sandy beach right next to the property! The water is shallow for a great distance, so no worries with little ones getting in water over their heads! Beds were comfy, and check in was seem less. The patio was beautiful for enjoying coffee in the morning and BBQing at night with awesome sunsets!

Retirement brings us back to where we grew up.

We grew up in this area and returned for a week at Sylvan Beach on Oneida Lake. Many relatives who live in NY State came to visit us during this week and enjoy this beautiful lake from our comfortable homes spacious waterfront patio. Lots of memories shared and the younger family members met the extended family. Was a precious time.

Waterfront Getaway

My overall impression was a great location, wonderful waterside patio. Interior I would suggest getting better pillows and sheets. I managed a bed and breakfast before and found that guests really preferred as well as I do, white linens and down or down like pillows. Also where a king bed fits it would have been much more comfortable. Thanks for the stay

Beautiful house in a perfect location!!

We were beyond impressed with our stay here this past weekend! The house and patio are much bigger than they look in the pictures! Everything was spotless when we arrived and worked great. Adam and Glenn were both very attentive and made sure we didn't need anything. Also, plenty of parking and sleeping space! The town is a short walk and there are a lot of cute restaurants and shops. We even enjoyed walking back to the house from town along the beach. Overall, I would recommend staying here 100%!

Perfect!

This house is actually bigger than the pictures look, and has an even better view (which I did not think was possible). Great communication from the owners, throughly clean home, gorgeous patio, we cannot say enough good things about it. The lake is extremely shallow for a long way out, the kids loved being in the "middle of the lake", but only up to their knees. Very peaceful and relaxing, we will be back

Perfect family vacation home

The home was as presented. Took a few pictures of some minor issues upon arrival. Everything resolved. Totally enjoyed being on the water, having fires on the patio each night and plenty of indoor space for our rain day. A ipad was left behind & it is being mailed back to us. Perfect family vacation!
