Welcome to "Ocean 11" located at our charming, newly built community situated right in the heart of town! This stunning two-story home features 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a rooftop deck, and a private pool, among many other amenities. As you enter the home, you're welcomed by a spacious open floor plan. The living room is perfect for relaxation, with a large flat-screen TV and streaming services provided.

The kitchen boasts brand-new stainless steel appliances, including an under-the-counter ice maker for your convenience. A coffee maker is also available for your morning brew. The kitchen features a large pantry, a dining table, and additional seating along the kitchen bar. For your convenience, there's a half bath right off the kitchen, and a back door that leads out to the private pool area, perfect for fun in the sun. You'll also find an outdoor shower located on the side of the home.

On the 2nd floor, you will find 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom, a king bed, and a TV. The second bedroom also offers a king-sized bed and a television. The third bedroom is spacious, with a king-sized bed and full-sized bed separated by a privacy wall for added comfort. This floor also includes a washer and dryer and access to the rooftop deck, offering amazing views of the town and the Gulf! The living room offers a twin sized bed for an additional sleeper.

* Pool will be heated upon request prior to check-in. Heated to 80-85 degrees. Additional fee of
$50-$100 will be charged.
* NO pets are allowed- a $500 fine will be applied if a pet is on site.
