Woodland Haven is great. It is spacious and has everything you could possibly need. The hosts are very accommodating and we had a great time. We loved the fire pit right out the front door.

Family holiday

We had a great time- Ryan responded to any questions we had. Short drive from the house to Holiday Valley for skiing. So nice to come back and relax in the hot tub, the house had everything we needed. Appreciative we could bring our dog with us. Enjoyed our 2 day stay over the New Years holiday.

Overall the property was clean - our kids feet were very dirty when walking around barefoot inside (but we asked for early check in so its possible the floors didnt get a super thorough cleaning because of that). The kitchen was big and beautiful- well-stocked! The beds were comfy and we loved that there were tvs in all of the rooms. The fire pit and hot tub were great! New grill worked great- just bring your own propane (the owner did let us know that in advance).The property is very close to Allegany State Park and Ellicottville. Our only complaint would be that the fuse kept blowing for the living room AC/ fridge/ hot tub/ light over table/ router.We would still highly recommend and have already talked about staying here again. Family friendly, big (inside and out) and great location.
