This beautiful Villa can comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.

The Villa boasts 4 good size bedrooms: one with a King sized bed on the main floor, equipped with it`s own full bathroom.

The other 3 bedrooms are located on the second floor of the property. All with a Queen bed. There are also 2 full bathrooms on this floor.

It also features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a television, and a spacious patio that overlooks the pool, jacuzzi, and a beautifully landscaped yard. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or enjoying the outdoor amenities, this villa offers the ideal blend of comfort and tranquility for your stay.

The guests have access to the whole villa and backyard without restrictions.

NOTE2: Credit card processing is handled by Stripe, secured and encrypted end-to-end for peace of mind. VRBO securely sends credit card detail the guest enters to Stripe, and Stripe handles all processing. In the event of any cancellation, a 4.95% credit card processing fee will apply.

A first payment representing 25% of the total stay will be charged 30 days or less from the date of arrival and a second payment representing the balance will be taken 14 days or less prior to check-in date - Depending on when the reservation is made. Also note that in the event of any cancellation, a credit card processing fee will apply.

NOTE3: A refundable security deposit of 500USD is held on the guest`s credit card on the day of arrival and will be released after check-out inspection.

NOTE4: Like the majority of the rental properties in Las Terrenas, the electricity consumption is invoiced separately. It is currently priced at 15 Dominican pesos per Kw/h. A picture of the electric meter will be taken at arrival and at departure. This way, your consumption will be calculated and you can pay directly in cash to your host upon check-out.
