STARTER PACK
This home comes with a starter park of consumables which include 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towel, 1 garbage bag per trash bin, 1 box of additional garbage bags under the kitchen sink, 1 bottle of kitchen dish soap, 1 tub of laundry detergent, 1 mini toiletry set per bathroom which includes shampoo, conditioner, and bar soap. Guests will be responsible for additional needs.

To ensure the safety and security of all our guests, we do ask that you provide the first and last names of all adults staying at the property. This is just a standard measure that our dedicated 24/7 security team uses to keep the resort a secure and peaceful place to enjoy your vacation. To receive your door code to the home, we do require your guest list first. When you arrive, our friendly security team may ask to see identification to verify the names of the guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to maintain the security and tranquility of this resort community.

In order to ensure the safety of all guests, including children, any doorways or windows that have direct access to the pool have been fitted with alarms. These alarms are not to be tampered with or disconnected, as this is a criminal offense according to Chapter 515.33 of the Residential Swimming Pool Safety Act. Doing so may result in a $5,000 fine or even a year in jail. An additional fee of $250.00 will be applied for any repairs or replacements if the alarms have been tampered with.

It should also be noted that there is no lifeguard on duty. Therefore, any use of the pool, whether by children or adults, should be under the supervision of a strong swimmer. Furthermore, diving, horseplay or running around the pool area is strictly prohibited.
