Everything Los Angeles has to offer surrounds this beautiful well-decorated 4 bedrooms, 3 baths Family Friendly Oasis. Close to Downtown LA, Dodger Stadium, Rose Bowl, Hollywood Bowl, Little Tokyo, and LA attractions.

Roomy house

House was big enough to fit my whole group. TV was a nice size to enjoy watching the Dodgers win. Listing mentioned a microwave and dishwasher. I was disappointed when they were no where to be found. I contacted the host and the maintenance guy came the same day to drop off a new microwave. The dishwasher on the other hand, would have to be installed once my booking was complete. Hot water was kind of an issue since we were a group of 9 and also had to wash dishes.

House had no hot water!

The experience was a disaster! I invited my entire family from the east coast to come and celebrate my son graduating from high school in LA. We got there to find dirty sheets on the beds. Wallpaper was coming off the wall in long strips. We had to wash the linens before we could use the rooms. Then in the morning, we found out that every bathroom only had cold water, including the showers! Not only that, the water pressure was a dribble. We were there for 3days with no hot water, and when I tried reaching out to the owner I got no response still to this day.I’ve never had an experience like this in my life!Terrible

Nice property but not ready for rental

Nice family house in a Los Angeles neighborhood. Felt like a new rental that might be fine for a night but my family stayed for a week over Thanksgiving and the longer we stayed the more little things we noticed. First is the WiFi never worked. Not a big deal for a night but all the TV's are connected to the WiFi so we had no entertainment for the whole stay. There is no dishwasher as listed. Again not a big deal for one day but having to hand wash every dish for 8 people got old quick specially when they had only one dish towel for the kitchen. There was 8 bath towels but no extras or wash cloths and only 2 of the bathrooms had floor towels. We were the 1st to use coffee maker and had to unwrap it and buy filters (which we left for the next people). And the out side trash was stolen so we had to keep all our trash in the garage. Its was next to a liquor store which actually nice to buy water and snacks. All and all place was nice but not fully set up and running smoothly for the price.
