Vues spectaculaires sur l'océan - Condo à North Truro Beach abordable - Couchers de soleil à couper le souffle

Ensoleillé, lumineux et magnifique North Truro Studio situé en face de la plage - une vue imprenable sur ProvinceTown depuis notre emplacement au 3ème étage. Traversez la rue calme pour profiter de la plage privée offrant une vue panoramique sur la baie de Cape Cod, y compris le Pilgrim Monument. L'unité est entourée de grandes fenêtres en verre pour profiter de la vue magnifique sur la plage et le littoral de Provincetown. Table à manger, canapé et lit queen de hauteur bar. Le coin cuisine comprend un réfrigérateur, un four micro-ondes, une plaque de cuisson à 2 brûleurs, une cafetière, un grille-pain et tous les ustensiles de cuisine, plats, etc. L'unité a une salle de bain complète avec baignoire combo et douche. Nous avons une belle nouvelle enveloppe autour du pont ainsi qu'un plus grand espace pour dîner sur le pont face à l'océan. Parking privé sur place. Nous sommes situés sur la route des navettes qui s'arrête à gauche de notre immeuble pour un accès facile à Provincetown ainsi qu'aux autres plages de la région. Nous sommes à proximité du golf, du shopping, de nombreux restaurants, des boîtes de nuit, des galeries, de la pêche, de l'observation des baleines, des visites, de la cave Truro et bien plus encore. C'est Cape Cod à son meilleur - vous ne serez pas déçu!
Pas de draps ou serviettes sont fournis. Veuillez apporter les draps pour un lit queen (également un canapé-lit double). Apportez également vos serviettes de bain, vos mains et votre visage. Si vous utilisez la plage, vous voudrez peut-être apporter une serviette de plage. Notre unité a été totalement rénovée l'année dernière mais de nouvelles photos n'ont pas encore été mises en place. Nous avons une cuisine entièrement rénovée, de nouvelles fenêtres, un éclairage, etc.

Nice location

Enjoyed the great location, view and sunsets. Close to Provincetown but still far enough away to be a quiet get away. Owner was great to work with. Place is small but a perfect long weekend away.

This was everything we could ask for. Beautiful views, good air conditioning, short walk to stop for bus to Provincetown. Highly recommend Dolphin whale watch!

This place was just spectacular. The room was clean, all amenities were perfect. The veiw was perfect from every angle. Communication between myself and the manager, you could not ask for it to go smoother.

North Truro by the Beach

We really enjoyed our stay in North Truro. The unit had easy access to the bus to Provincetown, great views, and was very close to the bay side beach. Our hosts were very accommodating and we look forward to going back.

As promised, beautiful views and ideal beach access. This is definitely a place we will book again for a weekend getaway! One note, if you do need laundry services, they are offsite in P-town, but less than a 10 minute drive away. Ann Marie was a delight to connect with and had wonderful restaurant recommendations to share. After 3 days here, we did not want to leave.

Short trip

We were first timers to the Cape to drop our daughter to work the summer. The room was fine and bed comfortable. It is a small efficiency but it seems like most of the accommodations in the area are like that. It was nice to sit on the deck or beach and enjoy the scenery.

The top-floor, corner unit offered absolutely beautiful views of Cape Cod Bay and Provincetown—sunrises and sunsets were the highlight of our stay. The location was convenient, and the kitchen with a large fridge made it easy to prepare meals.Some aspects of the apartment could use updating: the walls are thin, the bed is soft, the furniture a bit wobbly. The listing mentions laundry but apparently it is off-site. Overall, the unit was comfortable enough for a 10-day stay, but the view is really what makes this property special.

Location and Views

We sat on the covered porch and watched the bay and sunsets. There was almost always a nice breeze. The room was well appointed, we cooked, we ate out (Provincetown was easily accessible), the bed was comfortable, and the unit was clean. It was an easy walk across the street to the bay beach or a short drive to the ocean. We have stayed in this location before but not with this host. I would recommend a stay to anyone who asks and will be back again. Our host was delightful and highly responsive.

Excellent location. Totally awesome views!

The views are spectacular! There was no need to drive to the beach to watch the sunset. I got to watch it right from the deck. The owners, Ann Marie & Don Fatman are so accommodating & friendly. They visited while I was there to make sure I had everything I needed, which was so thoughtful. They have become my new best friends! The other owners in the complex that were there were all very friendly and immediately asked if I needed anything and were ready to help if I had needed something. I loved every minute I there! And would totally recommend it to everyone. AND I got to lay in bed and listen to the waves crashing while I fell asleep!!! Love, love, LOVED IT!!!!

This rental is so lovely, with beautiful views of the bay side and Provincetown harbor in the distance. There is always a cooling breeze, so sitting out on the balcony is so enjoyable. The unit itself has everything you need and is perfect for a couple. Definitely a great value and priced reasonably. Communication with Ann Marie was excellent. She's a fabulous host!

Beautiful view of the ocean. Beach a few steps away. Very clean, nice and mostly quite neighborhood. This unit is best for a couple or one person due to its size. Very nice and helpful property manager.

Property Review - very disappointed

The space was very small. No closet no bureau. No luggage rack. Had to climb over partner to get out bed— we’re over 70 and would def not recommend for older couple or anyone of size. We are of average size 6ft and 5ft 5in. The bathroom facilities were VERY tight. Outdoor table and chairs rusted and chipping paint. Good location beautiful view. Perhaps suitable for one person only.

Just saw your review- The bed is usually pushed out to allow a person to walk around both sides of the bed. ( The bed is on wheels so it is easy to move it out and avoid the problem you had) It is a studio and as a result is not large but suitable for a couple very nicely. The deck furniture was replaced in 2022. The furniture is very nice with cushions on the chairs. So sorry you did not have a good experience in our unit. But if you read the other reviews you will find that others have really enjoyed our place and the views are spectacular. Best Regards, Ann Marie

We love the location of the property - right across the street from a very quiet beach. We are just 5 miles from Provincetown which has many activities as well a fabulous restaurants. we are on the trolly route that takes you into Ptown and other beaches as well. The area is very family oriented with beautiful views of the sunset and the coastline of Ptown from our expansive deck and inside our Studio Condo.

Trolley stops next door to our property. Ptown only 5 miles away. Breathtaking views of the ocean from our unit and our expansive deck! Sun set views every night are spectacular! Swimming beach just across the street!
