Bedroom 2 has a twin-over-queen bunk bed and ensuite bathroom with single vanity and tub/shower combo. Bedroom 3 features a queen bed. A third full bathroom with dual vanity and tub/shower combo serves the rest of the home. Washer and dryer in unit. WiFi and smart TVs for streaming throughout. Driveway parking for 2 vehicles.

The Desert Princess Country Club amenities are all available to guests: 27-hole championship golf course, recreation and fitness center, tennis courts, basketball court, racquetball, pickleball, bocce ball, full-service spa with sauna and hot tub, and over 30 pools throughout the community. Mountain View Grille onsite for dining.

🏔️ The home is located within Desert Princess Country Club in Cathedral City, directly alongside the Vista course 3rd hole tee box. Mountain View Grille restaurant is on the club grounds for dining without leaving the community. Downtown Palm Springs is a 10-minute drive and features vintage boutiques, interior design shops, restaurants, and art galleries along the central shopping district. The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway offers access to mountain hiking, and additional trails for horseback riding and biking are throughout the area. Joshua Tree National Park and Coachella are both within day-trip distance for desert exploration.



Getting Around:

Palm Springs International Airport is 10 minutes from the club entrance. Downtown Palm Springs is a 10-minute drive. Joshua Tree National Park is approximately 45 minutes east. Coachella Valley venues are nearby depending on the season. The property sits within the gated Desert Princess Country Club community with easy access to Highway 111 and Interstate 10.
