Very nice home and very clean and spacious. It was close to the attractions and restaurants. It was fully stocked for cooking with our drop. Comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms.

Very nice house. The owner even helped me to find a venue to hold dinner after my husbands funeral. The house is equipped with all the creature comforts you can imagine. I will definitely stay here again!

The house was very well stocked for cooking and eating needs, but definitely bring your own spices. Tons of room for my group and was easy walking distance to the pier. Highly recommend this location.

The house was clean and beautifully decorated. It was so much better than we thought it would be. It was within walking distance of most attractions on the island. Kitchen had plenty of room for family dinners and the balcony was very nice at night. I would definitely stay at this property again and recommend others to stay there also.

Great Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental is a tri-level house, which was ideal for our family. There was plenty of space for six adults and four children. The area was quiet, and just a short walk to the beach, grocery store, and ice cream shops! For great pizza, go to Huc-a-Poos. We enjoyed The Deck for a special family meal and exceptional service. Our family is asking to go back to Carpe Beachem next summer!Our only con was the condition of the mattresses. They need to be replaced.

The house was large, clean, and well-maintained, and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. There were two separate kitchens, several gathering areas, large bedrooms, and it was in a quiet neighborhood. We loved it.

We were traveling with a family of 11. The house was nice and stocked well and plenty of sleeping space for everyone. The upstairs beds in the pink room were broken or were severely broke down in the middle to where you (both) rolled to middle all times. Also we had elderly parents with us that the stairs were a lot for and there were several to go in and out or to rooms. Location was great and we enjoyed.

We’re so glad to hear the home had plenty of space for your group and that you enjoyed the location, we've found that the location is close to so much more than our guests have realized prior to staying at the house. We appreciate you bringing the bed concern to our attention. That has since been fully corrected so that we do not run into any more issues in the future. Also, thank you for the feedback about the stairs being an issue for your elderly parents. There are two bedrooms, one full bathroom, and kitchenette on the bottom floor of the home. While, many guests enjoy the separation of space, we understand stairs can be a consideration depending on the group, and mostly because the main kitchen, dining table and living room are on the middle floor. The house itself it great. Nice location, wonderful setup, modern appliances, furniture and beds. The house needs a deep clean- there was significant mold in the basement shower and shower curtain. thick layers of dust and cobwebs in the walls and decor, and the coffee maker had moldy coffee grounds from prior renters. Additionally, there was a towel that was dirty.

Mattress was broken down in the middle making you roll to the middle. Not comfortable, especially for two people.
