The communication and accommodation from the host was fantastic. The place was clean with a nice open space downstairs and the two queen beds upstairs. Great location as well.

Incredible hospitality by the Colocada group - they went above and beyond. I will certainly be booking this same spot again for any future trips.

Place was great! Clean with lots of natural light! Kitchen had everything you needed to feel right at home! Plus the place has a designated parking spot for your vehicle! I noticed a lot of places I looked at around there had no onsite parking. It’s located on the quieter end of Duval and is a very short walk to The Most Southern Point, The Hemingway House, and The Key West Lighthouse. Plenty of shopping and cafes all around.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was clean, comfortable, in a great location, and exactly as described with strong water pressure and cold Air Conditioning! The host was fantastic very accommodating and went above and beyond by offering us additional accommodations that we took advantage of and really appreciated. Everything made for an awesome Key West trip. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great place to stay near Duval Street. We were close to everything, which made getting around a lot easier! The only thing I would warn people about is there are a lot of stairs, but other than that loved the place and the area! Host was great and if we need anything was very quick to respond!! Would definitely stay here again!!

Property was great. Very comfortable and clean. We Loved that the Cuban Queen café was next door. It is a little bit of a walk to Front Street, but that's because we are used to staying on Caroline Street when we for a long weekend. But did not mind the walk. Its nice to be close to the Southern most point. The Rum. Bar accords the street was so good. We really enjoyed our stay for the week we were there. It was like gong native. The balcony was so nice to have. No issues with the property, except for a roof leak from all the rain we had while we were there. But was in the entry way and once it stopped raining it was fine.

PERFECT location. Host was always available & they provided an easy access transportation service for our group of 8. Would recommend this rental and would stay here again!

Location right off Duval was great. A little longer of a walk to the north end but still very easy and convenient. The complimentary shuttle service was very easy to set up and the Mercedes sprinter van was a nice touch. Very clean as well. Will likely stay here next trip to Key West.

Plenty of space and well laid out for a small family. The kitchen is perfect for basic meal prep, and the ac and fans keep the unit cool and comfortable. Parking is super easy

Great location, walking distance to all of the downtown sights. Easy check-in and using the keypads for entry was simple. The condo was comfortable and great for a night in too.
