Manhattan Beach is one of the most charming towns in the US. This incredible apartment is not only right in town and really close to the ocean, it is also super quiet. Recently remodeled, it is spacious, up the street from the beach, and around the corner from incredible restaurants, grocery shopping, boutiques, and the fabulous MB Creamery. Park your car and walk everywhere! Sun and ocean breezes come in throughout the day. You will be calling your friends to tell them about the steal you found in Manhattan Beach. It’s designed specifically to be extremely comfortable for a fabulous getaway.
The apartment has unique amenities. You will have a coveted parking spot right in town (PLEASE NOTE - A LARGE SUV WILL NOT FIT IN THE PARKING SPOT). It's also one of the few places at the beach with air conditioning (Hopefully not needed, but you never know). For kids and adults we have sand toys, boogey boards, beach towels and umbrellas. And of course, the unbeatable location.

This is an apartment to relax in with friends or family. Absolutely no parties whatsoever, or loud noise. Please respect the neighbors.

Note that the unit is on a second story and that it is not handicapped or wheelchair accessible.

Check in is 4pm and check-out is 11am. Key-less entry with an individual code for each guest for optimal safety.

Prior to your check in we will send you a restaurant list so you can make reservations if you choose to visit some of the incredible dining options. Feel free to email with any questions. Allisen

This was an amazing stay! Host has this down to perfection - well stocked kitchen, linens, bathroom made this trip a breeze. Great communication from check in and check out to much appreciated labels throughout the property! 10/10 recommend!

The house is beautifully appointed, everything you need in the kitchen including coffee, tea, spices and condiments. There great recommendations for restaurants (including menus) which are all a block or two away. So close to the beach, and beach chairs and towels are provided. It is so quiet for being so close the the main area. We loved it here.

Immaculate, comfy and cute with great location

What a fabulous beach cottage for our family! First and foremost, the place is immaculate and well stocked. The beds and sheets were so comfy I want to know where I can get some for myself. While not a large unit, the place felt spacious. Anything you could need was considered. We did have trouble with the LG smart TV and trying to figure out how to tune into local TV, but it wasn’t important enough to ask them for assistance. And the parking spot does test your skill to get into a tight spot. But nice to have a dedicated space in a popular beach town. It was a very short walk to the beach, pier and shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed it and if I ever need to stay in Manhattan Beach or the LA area, I will definitely check the availability of this place. Thank you for such a nice stay!

fantastic place

This upstairs apartment was sparkling clean and included everything one could possibly want-comfortable beds, linens, great shower, full kitchen, big screen and great sofa for lounging. The location is a couple blocks from Manhattan Beach main street lots of shops and restaurants. We walked roughly 3 blocks downhill to the shore and enjoyed several ocean strolls.If we had anything negative to say, it was the designated parking space was very narrow. We have a sedan and the driver had to crawl to the passenger side to get out! Not sure a wider vehicle like an SUV or truck would fit. We managed though without incident.

This rental made our vacation! Manhattan Beach is gorgeous, clean, and family friendly. We enjoyed walking/scootering to breakfast along the Strand and search for seashells in the sand. The house was super clean, family friendly, and full of all sorts of amenities. Our kids (10yo and 7yo) had plenty of room and they felt right at home. The location is amazing. The walk to the beach is just 3 blocks away. The hills back from the beach can really give you a work out, but not having to move/park the car was awesome. The owner was super quick with messages before our trip and was available during (even though we didn’t need anything). We will be back to Manhattan Beach and we will be staying here again.

Absolutely Perfect Getaway

Allisen’s apartment is an absolute dream! From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the coastal-chic vibe of the place, and amazing location. Being just blocks away from the beach was wonderful, and the charming neighborhood, with its sweet local stores and restaurants, added so much to our experience.The apartment itself was simply perfect. It had absolutely everything we could possibly need – from a much-appreciated coffee machine in a well-equipped kitchen to fun games for the evenings and even boogie boards for enjoying the waves, and plenty of beach towels. Everything was spotlessly clean, remarkably quiet, and so beautifully decorated; it truly felt like a home away from home.On top of all that, communication with the host was fantastic – always prompt and helpful. The check-in and check-out process was also completely seamless and stress-free.We left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed, and we are already looking forward to our next stay.

I grew up in Manhattan Beach, and spent most of my life there until moving to Colorado with my family. Desperate to get back to the beach but I haven't worn my husband down yet. As a family we love to travel the world, and have stayed in numerous vacation rentals. We know what guests love. Clean, well stocked, relaxing and the feeling that owners care about their properties and aren't just using them to make a quick buck. We are excited to be renting the apartment again as a vacation rental because it means we can stay there too!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This neighborhood is perfect! While we don't have a deck or ocean view, it has absolutely everything else, including a ton of natural light. It's so fun to walk out the door right into town. The neighborhood is quiet. The apartment is part of a duplex, but only shares one back wall with the house. The neighbors are wonderful. Most importantly, if you are looking for a fun, relaxing vacation in MB this apartment is perfect.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Not to be redundant, but the location. Additionally we have two twins beds in the second bedroom so it's more comfortable for families. It's not cluttered and doesn't feel tired. Just about everything is new or relatively new. We love this apartment and treat it like our home. It's possible we could rent it for more than we are asking, but we'd rather be helping people make memories in MB than having it go unused. Enjoy!
