Step into our newest guest accommodations here at the Ranch. The Loft House is a spacious and light filled 2 bedroom/1 bath completely remodeled rental. The upstairs loft is a cosy/quirky space with a queen bed. Downstairs is a queen bedroom. Enjoy the serenity and respite from city life in a beautiful setting only 3-5 mile drive to Los Olivos , Buellton, Solvang and all the amenities the valley has to offer. From visiting the quaint town of Solvang to enjoying all of the great local vineyards, the Santa Ynez Valley is one of California's most treasured visitor destinations. Traveling with a larger group? Excellent ranch house

Very nice place on a working ranch. Close to Los Olivos, wineries and restaurants. Hosts were very nice and accommodating.

Levon and his friends were great guests to host! Five Star. So easy to communicate with, and left the place clean and tidy. We hope that they and their four legged family enjoyed the ranch as much as we enjoyed having them! We Highly recommend Levon to any other host and would welcome them back at our property any time.

The property is lovely! It’s like an oasis in the middle of nowhere. There are horses (and a mama and baby) on the property, giving it an old-style California feel.

We had a wonderful stay at the Loft House which was beautiful property in Santa Ynez. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed—Bobby and Greg even left a bottle of wine and s’mores for us, which was such a thoughtful touch and a perfect way to start our stay.The setting was absolutely peaceful and charming. Each morning we woke up to the sight of cows grazing in the pasture on one side and horses on the other, which made the whole experience feel like a true Santa Ynez Valley getaway. Even our dog loved morning walks on the trails.The home was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the area. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and memorable stay in Santa Ynez.

Amazing experience! The hosts were so responsive to all of our questions and the check-in, check-out process was seamless. This is a very unique property that shouldn’t be missed. We stayed for a week and had everything we needed. The hosts even left us wine, waters, and even a s’mores kit to enjoy by the fire pit on our deck. We would love to stay here again!

Amazing stay at the ranch - great for kids!

We can’t wait to go back! Our kids absolutely loved this place. The horses were the highlight and our wonderful hosts who took us around the property and let us pet and feed the animals. They left us a s’’more kit, wine and drinking water which was so thoughtful. We can’t wait to return for another visit. It is such a quick trip into the main solvang town and super close to wineries and the ostrich farm. Highly recommend!!

Holiday Getaway

We had a great stay at this ranch house. We went with both our boys, age 4 and 10 months and they loved seeing the horses, chickens and goats on the property and we enjoyed walking around in the morning. The hosts were responsive and were sweet enough to provide marshmallows and graham crackers so we could roast s’mores outside by the fire, along with basics like drinking water and a bottle of wine! The location was great, close to a lot. Just remember you’re on a farm, so we heard some animals scratching / tapping on the side of the house at night which our dogs were on high alert about but we got used to the sounds! Overall we had a great time.

The property is amazing and the hosts are even better. We happen to be up there when they launched a Starlink rocket from Vandenberg. It was an amazing experience watching the sky light up beyond the mountains.
