DÉTENDEZ-VOUS DANS NOTRE IMMOBILE MAIS CONDO COSY ET PROFITEZ DE LA FAMILLE DE LA VILLE OCÉANIQUE

Notre copropriété comprend deux chambres, une salle de bain Jack-and-Jill, un salon et une cuisine. Le condo comprend un lit queen-size dans la chambre principale, un lit superposé avec lit gigogne dans la deuxiÚme chambre et un canapé-lit queen-size dans le salon. Cuisine rénovée avec cuisiniÚre électrique, micro-ondes et réfrigérateur. Cependant, il y a beaucoup de bons restaurants à distance de marche pour ceux qui ne veulent pas cuisiner en vacances. Grand balcon au troisiÚme étage de The Legacy avec une belle brise marine. Profitez de notre balcon avec vue sur l'océan, la grande roue et Atlantic City la nuit.

L'unité est stockée avec certains articles non périssables tels que des savons et des produits en papier pour garder l'emballage au minimum. TV écran plat et ** WiFi ** AccÚs Internet. HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE et AMICAL EN FAUTEUIL ROULANT !!

Garez votre voiture dans notre parking couvert privé et marchez jusqu'à la plage, les planches, les magasins et le théùtre car il n'est pas nécessaire de conduire à nouveau. Notre copropriété est au coeur d'Ocean City !!

Profitez de la plage avec les balises de plage et les chaises / parasol de sable fournis ou détendez-vous prÚs de notre piscine étincelante. Nous sommes situés entre au 715 Plymouth Place entre Ocean et Atlantic Avenue. Vous serez à quelques pas du parc aquatique, de Castaway Cove et de Wonderland Amusements. Promenez-vous sur les planches le soir avec des événements hebdomadaires en cours.

Cette copropriété est une unité non-fumeur sans animaux. Nous louons aux familles uniquement pour assurer des vacances agréables. (Pas de semaines senior ou de bal.)

The condo was absolutely immaculate, well appointed and very close to the beach! Communications with the owners were spot on with clear, concise, directions about the condo and amenities. The owners had everything you would need for a beach vacation, chairs, beach wagon, and an umbrella. The condo had games, cards and many books to keep the young folks entertained! The balcony was lovely with a table and chairs and a lounger. The town folks were friendly and the area felt safe. Great stay! We would stay again and recommend you do too. Beth and Bill Fine

This was the perfect location for our family of four to have an autumn beach weekend! The condo is very clean and up-to-date. Our favorite parts of the stay were the sunrise views from the deck, the ease of using the door keypad (managing keys on vacation is a pain!), and how responsive Tom and Kristen were to anything we asked about. We would definitely return!

We had a great holiday weekend at this property. Its location is perfect - 5 minute walk to both the boardwalk and shops on Asbury. The condo was clean and comfortable. The hosts sent excellently detailed information ahead of our visit to make checking in and using the condo’s amenities a breeze.

Great location. About a 5-7 min walk to the boardwalk. Parking nice and easy. Elevator to make everything easier! Calm and quiet at this condo. Great for a family!

It was the cleanest condo I have ever stayed in and the location could not have been better! We do wish the pool was open alittle later (it closes at 6) but there is nothing the owner could do about that! Would definitely stay here again!

This property was a perfect fit for our family getaway. The kids loved the bunk room, the pack n play fit easily in the master bedroom, the laundry room was conveniently located right down the hall, and the beach was only a five minute walk down the road. It was great to have access to the pool on days we didn’t go to the beach. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very informative about the amenities and check in instructions. We hope to return again next summer!

Perfect Family Labor Day

The condo is in a perfect location to access the boardwalk and beach. The reserved parking is a definitely a nice perk. The condo itself is a great layout for families, one main bedroom with a smaller bedroom that had bunkbeds for the kids. The space was very clean and easy to check-in/out of. We'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a family getaway to Ocean City. We'll definitely be back.

Great location

Great location, close to beach, boardwalk, and shops. Far enough from boardwalk to not be noisy. Pool was a nice addition and alternative to the beach. Owner was very responsive to messages. Would definitely rent again.

Fabulous Ocean City Rental

This condo was just as described: perfectly clean and in an excellent location. The hosts communicated everything that you need, and I didn't have to contact them for anything. Location to the beach and the boardwalk cannot be beat. Thank you for a wonderful beach weekend- look forward to returning !

Lovely September Weekend

We had a great time staying in OCNJ! This was perfectly close to the beach and boardwalk and we got to visit both multiple times! The chairs and sand toys were much appreciated to reduce packing. The pre stay info was SO thorough and appreciated that I think the only thing I forgot was hand soap! The accomodations were clean and very nice. The kids used the bottom bunk and trundle as we didn't want the little guy trying to climb up the bunk and it worked perfectly! The weather was so nice we didn't use any air/heat but just the fans. Thank you so much for a great weekend away from home!

Great unit for a small family and the owners couldn't be more accommodating. Nicely stocked kitchen. Sand chairs, toys and cart were a really nice treat to save space on items to bring. Would love to rent again in the future.

We are a family of five that have been vacationing at the Jersey Shore since we were both little kids. We love Ocean City and decided to purchase this condo to continue to make memories with our family every year. We are happy to offer this condo to others so they can make some family memories as well.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Charming & cozy, walking distance to everything needed in Ocean City; but nestled in on Plymouth Place away from the noise & hubbub of the street. Up on the third floor, quiet with a great view and no one above you; but where you can still keep an eye on the pool. An elevator and covered parking as well! Life here just does not get any better or at least any more relaxing!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We keep our condo smoke, pet and clutter free. It is crisp and clean and decorated in colors of yellow, blue and white. We, along with our guests, enjoy the local eateries or sharing a pizza on our patio. Lots of lazy days sunning at the beach and pool, then relaxing back at the condo; either watching the sunset out front or the distant glow of the Ferris wheel over the boardwalk out back. You can stroll the boardwalk or Asbury Ave for window shopping, or go to the water park at the end of our street.

No matter what you do or where you go in Ocean City, every one has a smile. When you drive in over the new Causeway, all your cares go away and this is YOUR place for the week!!
