Discover Your Oasis in Playas del Coco, Costa Rica

Welcome to Coco, a charming beach town known for its vibrant nightlife, international cuisine, and endless outdoor adventures. Whether you're here for world-class scuba diving, sport fishing, or snorkeling, Coco offers something for everyone. The beach is ideal for swimming, and the oceanfront restaurants provide the perfect setting to soak in the view.

Our 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is ideally located just a 3-minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes from downtown, where you’ll find supermarkets, restaurants, boutique shops, and live music most nights of the week. Despite being so close to the action, the condo is tucked away in a quiet, well-maintained community of just 23 units known as Paradizio.

Situated on the second floor, our unit overlooks a stunning Olympic-sized pool and beautifully landscaped gardens. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on our deck, which includes rocking chairs, a table, and convenient outlets for your tablet or laptop. At night, the grounds come alive with soft, festive lighting that adds a magical touch.

Guests love our pool, complete with a nearby bathhouse with shower, restroom, and pool floats. There is a covered lounge area beside the pool and another area above. There’s also a fully-equipped outdoor kitchen featuring a BBQ, fridge, dining area—and even a hammock, cornhole game for some laid-back fun.

The condo features:

• Peaceful surroundings in a pristine, gated community

Bonus: We personally love the off-season (May–November). It’s cooler, less crowded, more affordable, and while you may get some rain in the late afternoon, the rest of the day is usually sunny and perfect. Temperatures tend to be a little lower than in the high season.

Located just 30 minutes from the Liberia airport, Coco is the perfect base to explore other breathtaking Costa Rican destinations.

We had the best week in Playa del Coco! Angela was excellent to deal with, quick to reply with any questions we had, extremely friendly and accommodating.Our condo was fabulous: spacious, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One room had an onsuite and a comfortable futon, which gave us our own little sitting area , such a nice bonus. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Beach towels and beach chairs were also available for us to use. The beach is a 3 minute walk and so close to town and all the shops and restaurants , again 5 minute walk. The pool and property grounds were beautifully maintained. We would gladly return to this condo again!!Pura Vida!!!!Great restaurants1 The Buzzed Monkey, which is just off the beaten track across from super Compro ( grocery store ) has thee best burgers in town. 2 Garden Bar located just across from the condo has scrumptious meals. 3 The soda restaurant just down from the condo had a breakfast out of this world. You’re never goning to go wrong with any meal in Costa Rica. Everything is so fresh and so delicious. Gorilla clothing shop has great for souvenirs. 4 shirts for 30, ball caps for 30. Located on right side of the road going to into town.Executions. 1 Rincon National Park. Horseback riding a delicious lunch buffet style and volcanic Hot Springs2 Panache sunset cruise (out of Flamingo Marina) is a beautiful way to spend an afternoon on the ocean with breathtaking views.

The apartment was clean and everything functioned properly, especially the A/C, when we first arrived. The kitchen was the best equipped one that we ever used. The fridge had filtered water and ice. Beds were nice and we slept well. We couldn’t hear our neighbours, which was great. Angela always responded quickly to any questions and had an onsite manager deal with small things that come up. The common areas (pool, bbq, etc) in the complex, were well maintained and clean. Only a 5 min walk to both, the beach and Main Street. Groceries were close by. A couple of restaurants within 2 min walk. The majority of restaurants were on the Main Street. I would highly recommend this unit.
